Since I started tracking my expenses on Sept, I've been able to pinpoint most expenses and reduce quite a lot more without affecting my daily life at all, actually it's more enjoyable to say the least. I recommend everyone to tracking their expenses as well, it's a life changer.

I live outside Philadelphia in South Jersey. It’s definitely cheaper than where I used to live in Boston. Thanks for the video!
FOR A 21 YEAR OLD - YOU HAVE RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY!
This is the best “what I spend in week” video that I’ve seen. Great work!
I tend to get too tight with money when I try to save. Like no eating out ever, no fun, no treats. Then after a few weeks I break and end up spending more than I would've if I'd just budgeted for it in the first place. I'm still not entirely sure how to 'allow' myself fun. It's just completely verboten. I'm going to try to change that. Thanks for the reminder- family budget meeting is tomorrow.
Reasonable expenses for sure. Keep it up man! Lifestyle inflation is the number one wealth killer.
Living below ones means insures stability
Just came across your vid/channel for the first time. I'm moving to Center City this Summer and have never even visited Philadelphia before! haha Looking forward to the adventure though!
He’s mentioned eagles and now flyers games, he’s going to chipotle and ihop, he’s rock climbing, he’s going out drinking!
I really didn’t think Nate was a real human being until recently.
These are similar to me. But I have 1 phone bill and hotspot my phone, have a car and pet insurance. I only drive my car when I go camping so like 2 weekends a month I'll take my van and dog and we'll go out bush. I almost never eat out. I cycle everywhere. I checked my budget app, this whole year I spent 200 bucks on transport! Get a bike. Will save ya thousands people. I almost never drink alcohol too. Huge savings. Woohoo. Happy holidays everyone.
Good for you Nate! Glad to see your doing well.
Just a comment for the algorithm and to wish you all happy christmas days!
Made me smile. Thank you 🙏🏼
Nate O'Brien Thank you for the good work, greetings From Germany!❄️

Okay, I saw your shoes in the "Living on $30 a week" video. I now know how you manage to pull this off. :P
That’s a bomb price for that apartment in Center City!!! The place i want near Broad and Lombard is starting at $1100, no electricity or gas included.
Deeply appreciate that you made this!
There is a point to fancy restaurants, they are for impressing women! So yeah, if you are on your own, you’re right, no point
*Yes, Philly has a really good public transportation system.* 👍

Thanks so much for the awesome video Nate 🔥 This will definitely help me grow my business and improve my mindset & finances!! Keep it up! 💯💯🙌
Your rent is actually much cheaper than a rent that my family has to pay. I guess it's always sunny in Philadelphia.
It's cloudy quite often :)
Where I live, our rent is low here in Cali, for 3 bedrooms, 1.5 restrooms, for like $215 a month? Around there (for apartment)
Junior Avila you must be talking Cali Columbia
No not in Columbia, here in the U.S, SoCal
Thank you for the video Nate. Even though I live in Europe, your videos are inspiring.
Oh you from Philly, what's up bro!
Yo
🗣
Philly is cheaper than other cities, but I think you also have under market rent for Center City, which is excellent considering it includes utilities. Thanks for the video.
Merry Christmas man. I've learned a lot from you this year
If you want a more reasonable place to buy groceries and you live in Center City, head to the Italian Market - fruit and vegetables are really reasonable and the butchers / fishmongers sell great quality meat.
