Chicken coop build from kids play house. First time chicken keeper, Please help.

We have an old kids fort I was thinking of turning into a deer stand but then I got to thinking. Man that would be a perfect chicken coop with the right modifications. So i'm going to give it a go. Please help with any advise you can give.
