But none of you surprisingly never recommend Hsvp plots in sector 1, Pataudi Gurgaon where in last 3 years, a simple investor has reaped 500% appreciation. From a rate of 12000/sq yd, that is, 250 sq yd plot of 30 lacs is now not available in 1.5 crore and should touch 2 cr within another 8-12 months or so in a rising cycle, i.e. around 80000/sq yd, half of new Gurgaon sector 95 rates and same as reliance MET plots which are in Jhajjar district and which are no match to Hsvp plots, specially when pataudi Expressway is underway full swing cutting through kmp and Dwarka Expressway. Signal free Drive from terminal 3 to Pataudi will be less than half an hour duration. It will yield higher than bahadurgarh plots in spite of spur on uer 2 as there they are already trading upwards of lac a yard right up to Rohtak Jind main sectors.
