We often come across our theoretical education system which is overlooking the real time practical and hands on approach. Unfortunately, it entails lot of hit and trial method. We need real estate skill development hands-on training for the new entrants. This method will make the professionals more efficient from the day zero.

Instead of buying residential areas I prefer to buy lands and commercial location properties and it’s a good method to earn much more by your own set up where you can easily earn more than 1cr in a month and your assets will also appreciate at the same time and with ur monthly income from many businesses and rent u can gain more more properties, stocks, mutual funds, bonds etc.,
you do realize not everyone can invest such a huge amount. this advice is not good one.
Use debt as leverage to buy. But, make sure you purchase the property under market price and have good roi.
