    1. People who have bought already in Gurgaon, need to stay put and not sell their property based on the current gains. The prices are expected to go much higher in the coming years
    2. The crowd and gentry coming to Gurgaon will be one the major factors in driving the prices upwards
    3. The current infrastructure is bad in Gurgaon without a doubt. But the current rates have taken that bad infra into consideration as well. When the infra gets better in the next few years, the rates will be increasing even more
