Oh I could make good use of this beauty. Perhaps being a South African brand they didn't realise if they installed a small stove somewhere (a microwave, whatever) then this would qualify as a 2nd home (fixed cooking appliance, fixed bed, fixed toilet). That would save an owner thousands of dollars per year in tax relief. I know they do a galley version, but just a small fixed cooking _something_ would be enough for this one too.
Dear Aquila, who came up with a cutting board above a Snow White seat? You are joking right? Doesn't matter how "proof" the materials are, I can visualize gutting a 40 lb fish on that thing and then having to hose it down. Heads, tails, scales, guts.To where? This type of thing must be on the back of the boat. Preferably just the board inside a holster on the back. To be removed and placed into a rod holder and able to be swiveled out over the water. Of course, with a water supply nearby. While you are at it, give me a hole in one corner of the board so I can schlepp it in the sea until clean. And for the American market, make it a little more "homey" so I could register it as a home. It's irrelevant whether I would use it as such, but my accountant would love it.
Glad to see Capt Steve again.
I"m even more glad that you're watching. Thanks for that. ~Capt. Steve
