Dude, been stranded in Warmington Delaware for an hour now when I found this video. Code was “no trAn” “EnG 0” “bH 33” “diAG 3” I had pulled away from a light with no power, no speedometer, figured ECM might need rebooting, so pulled over, shut off motor, only to find out it wouldn’t start back up. I freaked out, this is a 2013 Freightliner M2-106 automatic transmission, your video show exactly where to look for the fuse. Changed it, and it started right up, now however there is a check engine light and diAG 1 on dash. Now at the very least the motor is running, huge plus, and I have you to thank for that…If you hadn’t posted this, I would be still sitting here no motor running, draining power, hating life (just joking) thank you…you rock!

The M2 Freightliners are notorious for moisture in the fuse compartment. Get some Dielectric grease (use sparingly) on a qtip clean the fuse on the both sides of the individual fuse holders. It will work wonders...that F7 fuse in particular. We have 2 2018s M2s and replaced both the fuse boxes on the trucks. If you replace the box make sure to clean all the pins on the make conector(s) going into the box. Its pretty easy to change the box.
Bought it at an auction installed timming sensors checked fuses acts like no fuel installed inline fuel pump now it tries to start with a little either but won’t so I bought a new fuel pump to install on heui pump haven’t yet but cranks great just won’t start
I have a 2008 freightliner M2 and it’s working good I driving probably 400 miles and I Las signal gauges and I open the hood and I see I don’t have diesel and somebody come and try to put the scanner tools and he say is no Lego in an a computer I check the fuses in every single fuse it’s OK so I don’t know why Northstar is cranking only not running I check the diesel passion and there’s a lot of diesel only not raining

Hey My transmission keeps going into a 1F state not allowing my to change gears automatically and not allowing me even to go into reverse or back into neutral? Any ideas of what it could be?
I have a 2011 M2 with the factory battery shutoff switch. I put two new batts in it, and had no power, so I replaced the shutoff switch, and still don't have power. Is there a fuse for that switch, since it's on the positive side?
There’s many reasons why it won’t start. Damaged high pressure pump, injector rail o rings, camshaft sensor, battery fuses, shortage, even damaged IDM Which is right next to the ECM. What are the symptoms or story?
@@diesel-landdiagnostic7407 Sorry, kind of vague. Truck started, ran and warmed up while I checked air in tires on truck and trailer. Shut down as normal. Two day's later, dash lights on switches blinking, no air buildup for parking brake. No crank, nothing. Checked V in batteries, both 13 plus. Cleaned all connections on battery cables and ground connection at frame. Checked voltage at point of connections at firewall where cab grounds, and 12v connections are. 5.4v ! Also checked fuses at battery and firewall. Now, turn key on and there is nothing, except once in a while there is a noise behind the fuse box on the dash. And no dome lights anymore. If I hook a trickle charger to the point at the firewall I then get some dash switch lights flash as well as the auto trans selector indicator flashs. No crank. The speedometer sometimes clicks like a second hand and if I leave the batteries hooked up it will click until it buries itself.
