Yeah it's the spirit of helping. Our family car also broke down along C6 and the neighborhood living nearby also came to help and brought us water and other stuffs needed.

Yes, definitely something that you'll experience in the countryside, heck even in the city sometimes, as well. This is one of the things that I like in my culture. I'm happy you get to experience it, as well. Like another commenter here said (and in the vid, as well), it is called the Bayanihan. The original concept of it is, when a whole village helps a family move a house (we lived in nipa huts in very old times). Nowadays, it's when a whole village just helps you with stuff like this, lol
