It will be interesting to see how quickly you fall back into your Austrian habits once you visit home. Some habits are so ingrained in us that once we are back in that environment it just happens naturally. Your flexibility in adapting to your environment is what makes you wonderful travel vloggers. I suggest that if you want to go outside like, from the one with your previous vlog which you have gone to Rizal, it is better to wear shorts so that it is more comfortable especially if you will not bring any portable chairs so that once you do the squatting it would not be too difficult for your knees since pants might prevent you for doing that.

True, perfect example - eggs...in the Philippines, eggs are not stored in the fridge, but here in the US, it's always inside the fridge.
We always store eggs in the fridge. They go bad very easily if not.

Squatting is a form of sit position when there is no chair to sit on.😄 most group of people do this in provnce , on a hill top.., along the river while theyre feeding cows animals..😊sometimes having chikachica.😅 but most they squat in the morning while having a coffee on a box culvert along a river.😊

I agree with the list you mentioned about Filipinos habits. Nice for foreigners like you adapted these traits. Guess with 4 from the list i do it but with the last part not much maybe because I'm a woman. I do that with friends before especially during student days. I really enjoy watching your videos and with places you've been me and with partner will definitely visit it too.
Some medical practitioners say that, feeling at ease doing the Filipino squat or Asian squat sitting position is a sign of good health. Practicing this squat can help you improve your lower back health, posture, digestion, elimination, as well as knee and ankle joint health. It is an amazing alternative to sitting and something you are genetically wired to do!
Gonna have to revoke Nelly's Eastern European card for finding squatting as uncomfortable lol
P.s. we loved the Philippines that were working on the cruise we took to st Thomas in Dec...men and women both were so friendly and kind.....xx
