My eyes nearly popped out when I saw these. I've lived in Australia all the time since the change-over from 14/2/1966 and I swear I don't think I've seen 99% of these. It just goes to show you what you miss out on when you use plastic, or shop on-line.
The only one I don't have is the scouts coin. I must sell my bags of UNC A U S coins. I bought a donation $1 for $3.70. You really are a hoarder!! Thanks Glen.
@@Gumardee_coins_and_banknotes I know you wouldn't spend it at the pub. I can't imagine you sitting at the bar with a few beers. You'd be looking for rocks. Thanks Glen.

From my experience, most people do not look at their coins as they are not interested in them.
*Very cool design diversity. Thanks for the info mate.*
No problem 👍
Great stuff mate thanks. Been collecting for a while now, but only been noodling since my local bank opened up a coin roll machine.
Sounds cool, how have you been faring lately?

I returned most of these to the bank lol. I just kept them for the video, thanks Ricki.
@@Gumardee_coins_and_banknotes I'm glad you didn't spend them at the pub. Thanks Glen.
@@rickichristian5603 I rarely go to the pub, but my wife likes the food. I usually go bushwalking instead. Thanks mate.

Yuck, Beer. I would rather drown lol.
Good morning my friend!
Beautiful share, nice coins 👌
Good morning! And thank you mate.
I've found a 2016 changeover dollar in my change, pretty circulated but still my first one I've ever found
Congrats, I have not found one in years.
hey mate, I found a sus $1 I thought it was a 2000 mule but its edge is uninterupted and its a bit thinner. What do you think?
Not sure, need to see it and weight.
I got the international year of piece with a 1 engraved on both sides
That is just damage to the coin.
my jaw dropped when you said the letter ones (the jackaroo and jillaroo) only had 400k mintages as i have one which is in uncirculated condition
But no one really wants them, so not worth that much.
The new afl premiership coin is out for 2023
Yes I know, but they are not popular.
I’m that type of collector that sells all my errors. Is that something I should do?
That is up to you. I sell errors that I find as I can not keep every coin. It also funds my collecting
I have a stack of the donation coin that I got from a pokie machine change, with nearly all in uncirculated condition.
12.5 million for both 2020 and 2021 each, very common.
I have a year 2000 $1 mob of roo's thats not a mule but the renniks book says its still worth 50 bucks ?
An uncirculated might get $20. Those book values are too high.
I got the Charles Kingsford Smith coin, donation dollar, APEC, International Year of Peace and finally my 1984 (rare) coin.
1984 is not rare, extremely common with a high mintage.
@@HafzaProductions2019 Doesn't matter. 1984 was a rare one for me. the others is common. :/
Nice coins Ali, but they are all common years.
@@Gumardee_coins_and_banknotes Ok.
How many types of 1 dollar coins are issued so far?
www.ramint.gov.au/one-dollar
Is it worth keeping low mintage coins
@@scottwaterson974 Depends on the coin.
How can the title say coins to keep but in the video saying not really worth keeping??
Because a lot of people think they are worth keeping, but are not.
So why do you keep so many of them ?
Do you collect 2 dollars
Not these days.
Nice
i want to sell
Sir 1 dollar elizabeth ll 1984 do you collect me
i have 1 dollar coin like that
I wish to get the donation dollar👍🏻
I do not see any of those where I live, need to go interstate to get more.
@@Gumardee_coins_and_banknotes Oh, ok.
The 1 I have went to New Zealand.
Just count the coins before you film
I can not count. 1,711, 19, 54,8
All good mate, but please don't mumble tray to speak clearly.
Lol. Thanks for the feedback.
what is the most valuable coin you have ever found
1927 grease strike penny, it is gone now.
