I agree with some of the points you made. However, Omega like many of the top brands try to make models that fit into different brackets of customers. IMO this particular design wasn't really made for someone who wants to buy or owns the speedy pro. This is more of a niche product that a higher tier collector would get. I've seen plenty of people that say the price jump isn't worth it. If you look at the second Snoopy (black) in 2015 was 7k and now the current Snoopy blue is 10.6k. This watch is ceramic, open work movement and 100% more difficult to produce, so I can see why it would cost a bit more and why there was a jump from the 1st edition price. We are comparing the original price back in 2018 but with the improvements and inflation they do deserve to charge this price now. Just my thoughts.
