I decided to upgrade as it started getting a little bit noisy, I think the bearings were starting to fail and I looked into repairing it and it was way too big of a job so I just got rid of it.
Tub clean just heats the water pretty much to boiling which you can do on a normal wash so I don’t think it’ll do any damage unless there’s a lot of suds
I use a specific cleaning product that is designed for cleaning washing machine, but honestly get similar results with just tub clean and water, I think the key thing is the boiling of the water the washing machine does.
Shouldn't we add any cleaning detergent before starting cleaning process?

I added vinegar to the usual bleach clean for the washer and it worked great!
Mixing bleach and vinegar creates potentially lethal chlorine gas!

I should have watched your video before it started my tub clean. I added detergent. Do you think that that is a problem?
No, that should be okay, but you probably want to add a dedicated washing machine cleaner or some bleach instead.

I just use a little bleach, otherwise your local supermarket should have it.
