Objection - Plaintiff is mischaracterizing the patient's presenting symptoms as consistent with neurological injury. There is no evidence of, or reason to suspect, a stroke prior to 14:00.
Additionally, plaintiff is misleading the jury by highlighting section (g) of the hospital policy; section (h) directs the transfer timeline for basilar stroke management as "should be urgently considered if transfer can be initiated with a goal of patient arrival at the receiving facility within 12 hours from last seen well."
