Your Spanish is impressively advanced and it's clear that you're a native English speaker (as am I). Can you give us intermediate speakers some idea of how long/how often you've been studying to get where you are? It'd be much appreciated. Thank you and great job!
Here's a UA-cam Shorts video about Soundbites (ua-cam.com/users/shortsMYC1PityDHc) and we have some Help Center articles (support.jiveworld.com/en/support/solutions/articles/66000517116-how-are-soundbites-different-from-jiveworld-stories-) but we'd love to create something that better addresses your question. What kind of a guide or instructions are you looking for? We'll get right on it.
Yes, the introductory period for Soundbites, featuring the free Daily Soundbite, ended in December. Soundbites have now been moved into the stories they are excerpted from, resulting in a new unified study flow. Now, when you start a chapter you'll see all of its Soundbites inline. Doing these mini-lessons first makes the listening easier, introducing you to important aspects of language, pronunciation, and culture from the chapter. But you don't have to follow our recommended flow, though. You can skip the Soundbites and do them later or first or as standalone lessons. New Soundbites will only be available to Jiveworld subscribers, but anyone with a free account who completed Soundbites during the introductory period can still access any Soundbites they previously unlocked. Tap on "Find Soundbites I've done" on the home screen, and open a story from there.

Yeaa now that I'm finishing Ollie Richards short stories in Spanish I'm ready to try some sound bites.
It would be nice to have a guide for use soundbites for self-learners as well. Not sure how to use them in a daily basis.

Are the daily soundbites not free anymore? Seems like they disappeared from the app
