    Reverse curls with a rotating D-handle, good idea.

      I thought of it when I was doing reverse bar curls, and it seemed to make more sense and takes the stress off of the rotator cuff and shoulder allowing me to do a lot more work.

      @@OldManArmStrength the ez bar was giving me problems so I switched to dumbbells but the dumbbells came with there own set of problems. Pretty sure your method should solve my problems.

      I hope it will help! The swivel at the bottom and top seems way more functional and natural
