I swear this kind of pancake tastes like HEAVEN! I live in Korea but not in Seoul and happened to discover this little vintage coffee shop that has this souffle pancake. Unlike in the video, they would drizzle it with syrup and salted butter too. Even tho my fiancé thinks it's a little uncooked in the middle, the cake just melts in your mouth and it's suuuuper fluffy 😍🥞🥞
Here‘s the recipe! You need: •10ml of sunflower oil •15ml of milk •30g of flour •50g of sugar •3 eggs •Vanilla extract (Sorry I don‘t know the US-American measurements!) 1. Seperate the egg white with the egg yolk. You need three egg whites but you only need 2 egg yolks 2. Mix the 2 egg yolks with 10ml of oil, 15ml of milk, 30g of flour and a tablespoon of vanilla extract 3. Now get a hand mixer or stand mixer (I recommend stand mixer) and beat the 3 egg whites until it is white and foamy. Now add the 50g of sugar VERY SLOWLY (DO NOT POUR IT ALL ONCE). I REPEAT: ADD IT VERY VERY SLOWLY. 4. Once the egg white mixture is stiff, turn off the mixer and add 1/4 of the mixture to your egg yolk mixture. Beat it fast. After you‘ve done this step, add all of the mixture and FOLD THE MIXTURE SLOWLY. DON‘T BEAT IT!!!! YOU SHOULD FOLD IT VERY GENTLY AND SLOWLY SO THAT THE MIXTURE WON‘T GET LIQUIDY 5. Heat a pan up and spread oil with a tissue. The heat should be set low (for example: if the maximum heat of your stove is 10, then the heat should be 2.5 - 3) 6. Put the mixture of the souffle pancake like in the video up there (with a spatula or a scoop). Let it cook for 5 minutes 7. Flip the pancake and pour a teaspoon of water on the pan. Wait another 5 minutes 8. Serve with Nutella or Powdered Sugar and enjoy! I hope this helped
That "street food" is so much more fancy than my dinner
ctxabla facts 😱
this isnt rly street food tho. its just a stall
Why wouldn't street food be fancy though
collarmole if they say street food i imagine those big night food markets they open like once 2 months
you know what that is at least $15
imagine filling up the bowl with hundreds of eggs and one yolk just breaks
Alice Kim omg anxiety 😫
I did that once at the restaurant I worked at, it was like a A huge panic attack.
that's why only pro do that

What happened after?
i am smol potat i got yelled at and i was told to be more careful and had to like take a glove to fish out the broken egg yoke was very scary.
It seems they’re so generous with the ingredients. Looks so nice!
I think the same, but remember they can do if off camera as well 👀
Each plate only cost 2 eggs, some flour plus toppings so it cost them very little
According to their menu, each plate cost from $14-$18 USD so I would hope so!
The way he folded the fluffed whites into the yellow mix was really satisfying
