@@shaun3008 well that's the difference...processesd foid fats all become transfats and poly fats which when digested, they all have to converted by the body where natural animal fats get digested strsight away and transfered into tge blood and cell walls natural...processedfats become very hard and damage celluar walls causing all the known illnesses we have to day. 80 % of your food today all have bad fats...sugar and carbohydrares....a potatoe is converted to glucose which equals sugar....every time you have french fries...animal fats are natural ..beef...pork ..game..eggs..butter ..real cheese becsuse they dont have to be converted by the body...its natural and tge best you can do for your body....a perfect example to understand this in the western world...i ask my students...have you ever seen a tribal person in hospital anywhere in the world with diabetes..heart disease..cancer...HBlood pressure...or on western medication? No ..because they dont shop at walmart..sainsburys or eat any western gactory proceessed food!! I was a pathologist and food today is a business in making people ill and die to make money....cancer is not a bilkion dollar business...uts a trillion dollar business because yiu est poison....stick to the natursl stuff and only eat soft vegetables not stemmed ones....cheers..m
