In pokemon oras i water the berries each 4 hours, so 2 times for each growth phase and i get 23 berries per plant.

Anything -Atk. Calm/Bold. If the fee as has Swift Swim you get Marvel Scale upon evolving. If the Feebas has Oblivious, you get Competitive.
