First, thank you so much for having South again🎉🙏 second love, your new digs and I’m sure that was a big decision and the juice appears to be worth the squeeze♥️🤗 third one of the things I love best about both of you is when we need to talk about meaningful and challenging things like how we create opportunity for significant work in an AI associated future you guys dig right in and you don’t back off as a veterinarian as a leader has an entrepreneur I believe I have to work with AI and let it work with me, and if we are teaching machines to think and to learn, then let’s teach them well by example. I love my team I want every single day for them to pull in the parking lot and not be able to wait to get out come in and make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of our clients. My job is to provide every tool and environment necessary to ensure that that is their experience.

Meaningful work is done as a conversation to making things better - what's working, what's wrong, and how can we make a change? We can apply this to any work we're doing.
Powerful & timely interview. Interesting how AI has been in discussion so broadly lately. I like Seth's advice to "play with it". I am old enough to remember how people resisted personal computers, email, cell phones, facebook, on and on...unfortunately you get left behind if you don't keep up especially in Business. It doesn't mean you have to be burdened by technology. It could end up being a tool that is amazing for your business and life. As a Realtor there is much talk about AI/the internet taking over to make our jobs irrelevant. For sure things are changing, but will it change that people need advisors they can trust to consult with and who will represent them? AI can pretend to be me but it can not replicate the caring I have for my clients and cannot read the body language and pick up on the person cues that indicate so much in the process. I'm looking forward to playing and will hopefully find AI to be a valuable tool. Time will tell...Thanks Marie & Seth. Good one.

My 1st take a way from him about AI. If you can explain to anyone how to do a task then soon AI will do that task. Focus on those things that AI cannot do.

Well, I just want you to know that between you and Seth godin in Simon sinek, I spent the last three years with many sleepless nights, listening to all of you talking interview other people and building a company who I don’t even have the money to start yet it’s a taxi service And even though it’s a taxi service it’s going to be run like a limousine service so another words picking up you know homeless people bringing people to doctor appointments whatever a taxi service does that’s what I will do but the care and the professionalism and the integrity and the love they got will be from the three of you and will be from a limousine service is a far as what the quality of service we give an evening that I plan on stepping it up. Because it’s a Bar can be raise higher and we’re not doing it we’re we are lowering the bar. So hall increments. If we’re not moving the bar up, then we are moving it down. And for me to come to this reality, high offer, you guys the thank you for allowing me the creative juices to make this happen.
I am not a computer person. I don’t read books because I’m dyslexic, but I have visions and I can foresee the future of what we’re gonna be moving towards what I don’t have is the money to make this project happen. 62 years old it will happen. I don’t know how but you know before I met the three of you on UA-cam , I didn’t have all these ideas but now I do. So I do pray, and I pray often for this next step to happen and that is to get a automobile so I can provide services to my community that I live in. It will happen, but I’m rambling and I know that. I just want you all to know That I really enjoy my place in my future company with my future employees who I hope all one day be employee owned company. And I will leave it at that Marie.
