Quote was by Eric Zehnder. I meant it. Seth - can I praise you in my new website: Quantum River World? It was advertised on the big 30x30 main screen on Times Square on 1-1-24. “Don’t pursue the million but the 1000 who really get you” - I was told that is Seth’s quote. At least wisdom.

He also discusses the ethical responsibilities that come with such power. 10. **Career Development and Talent Management**: Seth advises businesses to help employees enhance their resumes, even if it means they might leave. He emphasizes the importance of being the preferred choice for talented individuals, rather than retaining them through lack of better options.
The resistance is an attachment to an outcome you're afraid you wont obtain. Wanting to look competent or maybe obtain status, wanting to succeed immediately without struggle, things of that nature. We fear not getting that and looking stupid or wasting our time. Coming to terms with this and changing your expectations to "Even though this might not work, I'm going to fully go for it" and understanding that it's much more about iteration and batting average is how you stop having to fight it so hard. It's a sort of equanimity that enables you to do your best work.
