21:14 Exactly, Quackity was never on the top of anything until Las Nevadas, that is when he decided to take a different path since his old way of thinking only led him to failure, Quackity really is an underdog that went through a lot of things, sadly people just started to pay attention to his character in the Las Nevadas arc and that's why they think he just started from the top and have no reason to do what he did, when he actually went through a lot of terrible stuff in his past that made him have the depressing worldview he has today, thankfully he seems to be doing better after Slime's life lessons and his last message to him.
No ranboo didn't record the tapes however those are things he did say on the smp. The animatic was a heacannon from what I can tell, another way of ranboo recording his memories.
Ranboo with purpled eyes is ranboo with all is memory I think. So he remember when he was a time traveler and he know things from the futur it's why he help dream sometimes. ( most of this is theory) Ranboo say in live that purpled eyes is when he remember is past
Ranboo's got an enderwalk state, well... used to ig.... anyway, those aren't 2 personalities or anything like that, it's just Ranboo when he's ''awake'' and then a more enderman like Ranboo that picks up dirt blocks and aparently helped Dream many times, that's why Ranboo's character is so conflicted with himself and his morals.
