The red pandas at first said "we're happy to be in the show" then they said "we'll sing for you again." then when buster went to tell them they could be in the show he basically told them "Your routine is horrible, your footwork stinks like feet." all a rough translation
What language was that?
@@farrahjordan1396sounded like Korean.
@@corazonbesoit’s Japanese
@@farrahjordan1396Japanese
@@farrahjordan1396Definitely Japanese. I took three semesters of Japanese in college.
How in the world are you a singer and you don't know I'm Still Standing by ELTON JOHN 😂 its such an iconic song lol
I recognized it vaguely before this movie, but it was just part of the 80's swirl I can't identify. This movie made it stand out for me.
And it's Taron Egerton - known for playing Elton John in the movie "Rocketman" so that's why this performance was just perfect
@@Brauiz90 this is actually what got him the role in Rocketman
The "I'm still standing" scene always makes me tear up, my father never supported me so everytime I see parents try so hard to be there for their kids in movies it makes me so happy🥹
Yes “Set it all Free” Ash’s song in the movie is original to the movie, obviously the rest are covers.
That is my favorite song in the entire movie and one of my favorites, period!
Its voiced by scarlett Johansson
Tori Kelly’s voice (Meena the elephant) is an ICON all in itself! 😂❤
I love Tori Kelly's voice...my issue is that on EVERY song she thinks she has to be the loudest. It is like she has main character syndrome in DnD. She want's to be the loudest, the center, etc.
Don't get me wrong, she is an AMAZING singer, her talents are FANTASTIC!!!! What is keeping her from Legendary status is the ability to share the mic and not try to sing over everyone else. Once again, amazing singer.....that one flaw just kills me though. It REALLY comes through in the 2nd Sing where EVERYTIME she is in the song her vocal levels are WAYYYYY tooo high. Like she is trying to drown out the rest.
You’re reaching, it’s not her fault, her vocals are Drowning the others You can’t Fault her for being talented???🤐
@@tboyramon6691 I even said she was talented. The only thing from getting her to legendary status is not singing over everyone else and sharing the mic. You can tell when Tori is in a song because she has to be the loudest.
@@Spadez.Ow, you the Legendary Status Keeper?
@@Spadez.Can we also say the same to Camilla or Jennifer, Bey, and more, or just Tori?

Raise your hand if you remember Lorraine Newman from SNL. 🤚
Taron Egerton also went on to play Elton John in the movie rocket Man.
surprised you didn't immediately know that was Jennifer Hudson and Tori Kelly lol they have the most iconic voices
If you don't listen to them regularly you wouldn't know. It's simple
@@livvioletta690 not really 😂 i know michael jacksons voice, celine dions voice, whitney houston, mariah carey, i could go on, but i didnt/dont listen to them regularly and still could pick out their voice 🤷🏾♀️ guess its not as simple as you say it is
@zoew_ it is because not everyone is you and most people can't tell dozens of singers apart especially if they're not on Michael Jacksons level of fame and neither Tori Kelly nor Jennifer Hudson is on his level. I knew both of them and still didn't recognise them and I can tell singers apart that I listen to regularly
@@livvioletta690 good for you! here’s a cookie🍪 i’m done with this conversation 😂 it’s not that serious
@@zoew_ apparently enough for you to be out of arguments 😅🤣
Taron Egerton, who played Johnny actually got the role of Elton John(the man that sings I’m Still Standing) because of this movie. Elton hand picked Taron to play him😎 (aside from the fact that he was also on the second Kingsman movie)
Yes! This and the sequel are so much fun. This is also how I found out Taron Egerton can sing lol Kudos to the movie helping him get his role in Rocketman.
I can't wait for Mr. Flicks to do Sing 2... he seemed to indicate he wants to soon (at the end of this video)! The last 30 minutes of Sing 2 in particular had me SO full of adrenaline and dopamine LOL!
YES. Watch Despicable Me and its sequels and prequels. You won't be disappointed.
Definitely do more animated movies.
"I'm still standing" gives me chills every goddamn time
Oh! Since you don't know "I'm still standing", I am definitely recommending "Rocketman". LOL You need to know your Elton John. ;)
In the "Rocketman" movie - the 2019 biopic of Elton John - the actor who does Johnny's voice here (Taron Egerton) portrays Elton John. He was also the lead in Kingsman in 2013.
And he's Robin Hood ;)@@alharairah2214
Rocketman is SUCH a good movie, and Taron Egerton absolutely kills it as elton!!
To watch part 2, listen to some U2 beforehand! Their music is references a lot in Sing 2! Also, Johnny was singing ELton John!
When I saw Sing 2... I went ABSOLUTELY nuts over it... for many reasons, but especially because I had a particularly personal connection with what could be called its "main" song. And just so many things they did in that movie, and how they did it, just like wow. That's all I'm going to say for now, so I won't end up spoiling in advance for Mr. Flicks.
Forever an iconic movie. I dont think this movie will ever be forgotten, animators, story and VA's did OUTSTANDING. just everyone did astonishingly great work on this movie, as well as the second!
As far as getting the music licenses for all the songs…it’s Universal they’d already done 1 or 2 Pitch Perfect movies at this point. They had that process down pat.
Nightmare Before Christmas- a classic, animated and a musical
So true. I may not be pursuing music as a career. It never happened for me. But I've been singing since I was like 6 yrs old. I sing when I'm happy, depressed, angry. Whenever
Yup, a LITTLE like zootopia but NOT exactly because... I noticed zootopia was ALL MAMMALS (no reptiles, insects, arachnids, etc)... but in THIS movie, there are reptiles, birds, spiders, mollusks etc etc.
I honestly loved ScarJos voice the most.
I totally recommend six the musical, I passed my history test because of those songs😭
Yes please, six songs are awesome!!!
Please check out the 'Trolls' trilogy. The animation is amazing and the music is phenomenal. It's a can't miss. You were a joy as always. Can't wait for the next video. Wishing you peace and love.✌️💓
Johnny the gorilla was played by Taron Egerton, who also played Elton John in Rocket Man.
When you said "I'm probably not even going to wait a week... I want to watch both of them [Sing and Sing 2??]"... I squeaked YESSS! lol
One My Cartoon Musicals!Ps The reason Johnny Did Such Great Version Of Elton John Was He Was The Actor Taron EgertonWho Played Elton John In His Biopic Rocketman!😢🥹🥰🤗🎶💃🖥💗
omg now you need to watch SING 2 cuz their songs there are so good as well😩
Seeing you Soo happy about singing literally gets me hype
🙏🏼
@@mrflickswatches I am SO eagerly waiting for your Sing 2 reaction... when I saw Sing 2... I went ABSOLUTELY nuts over it. Just so many things they did in that movie, and how they did it, just like wow. That's all I'm going to say for now, so I won't end up spoiling in advance for you. But especially the latter part of that movie in particular had me SO full of adrenaline and dopamine LOL!
I really thought you were going to pick up that Nana voice was Jennifer The Voice Hudson... I was waiting 😂😂😂
The second one is a must see! I think it’s better than the first one!
YES - when I heard pretty much everyone saying that about the second one... at first I thought it was getting over-hyped BUT then I saw it for myself and I was like "NOPE- the hype was SO TRUE" :D
Oh man this reaction made me wish you had a music reaction channel 😅 I feel like as a singer you would really enjoy and appreciate k-pop
Thanks SO much for that story about how there was a point when you couldn't sing in front of people. It reminds me of how I had made a total switch in my own life in my 20's, with regard to performing: BEFORE then, I would hate, hate, hate doing school oral presentations or anything like that. Needless to say, if there was an opportunity for a school play or other performance, I'd steer widely clear of it. Around during high school, my parents tried to sign me up for a public speaking course (WITHOUT telling me... when I found the piece of relevant mail they were about to send off, I yelled at them and was basically like, "NO- how dare you try that especially without asking me first."
Then during my college years, I became quite a fan of WATCHING live performances (i.e. at amusement parks, etc), and especially in observing some of the same performers and their improvisations across different performances, it occurred to me, "HEY- they are REALLY ENJOYING themselves!"
Then I thought to myself, "I ALSO want to have fun like that!"
And yes my next thought was, "REALLY?!? Do I REALLY want to pursue stage performing when I [still] hate school presentations and have ZERO acting experience?!?"
Well... turns out my dopamine-laden drive to seek that type of fun (and emulate those who I had been admiring as an audience member) WAS enough to override my innate apprehension. But not right away- I DID actually [temporarily] "run away from" my first (teeny-tiny) audition... then sat on a bench outside disgusted with myself, texting a friend "I really don't think I can act"... who proceeded to say simply, "Yes you can. You can do anything you set your mind to."
That might seem like such a cliche phrase, but for some reason I didn't expect her to counter my statement like that, so I sat there staring at her text, thinking to myself, "How on earth do I argue with THAT?"
So I went back in and put up with the audition procedure even though it felt like extreme awkwardness. Not embarrassing, but definitely awkward (which shouldn't be a surprise considering I had, again, NO / ZERO / ZIP acting experience!).
As it was... that play I'd auditioned for at first was SO tiny that I got one of the major roles, lol. And... the rest is history. Well, one highlight of all future stories that came out of that one was my first REAL audition (on a big stage, in front of a lot more people)... THAT sensation (again, for someone with virtually no experience) was... EXQUISITE. Good thing I'd already been a type of thrillseeker earlier in my life (roller coasters etc)... or those stress hormones might have traumatized me, lol. As it was, after I got home from that, it took a good while curled up on my couch for my blood to stop feeling like metal, LOL. But... being a thrillseeker, I actually liked it :P
He’s so underrated 😢
21:08, when you said, that's not what people say, i laughed so loud lol
has got to do the moulin rouge for a musical reaction just bc i wanna hear him sing along with ewan mcgregor honestly
A lot of people talk about Meena's singing voice, and I agree. She's amazing. But Johnny stole it for me, especially after his cover of "I'm Still Standing".
Jennifer Hudson plays the sheep that sang in the beginning, Taron Egerton (who played Elton John in Rocketman) plays the Gorilla, Reese Witherspoon is the pig, Scarlett Johansson is the porcupine, Seth MacFarlane as the mouse, so many amazing famous actors and singers!
PLEASE react to the sequel soon!
jennifer Hudson was Nana the sheep and Scarlett was Ash
I still love the fact that the mouse is singing songs from the ratpack 😅
Yes I would suggest decendents it's not an animation but is surprisingly good for a "kids" movie
Most Koala's have chlamydia so you wouldn't want one, plus they can be pretty vicious lol.
Yea and dont when they are too stressed, there digestive system shuts down or something
Awwww….. man (sigh).
Cute but Gross now, thank you very much for causing me to associate those two things together from now on.
🐨🍆🍑🐗🧙♀️
My grandmother passed last month so ver recently she was the only mother i ever had i miss her so much idk what to do with myself i know how you feel😢😢❤❤❤❤❤
God bless 🤍 and keep your head up 🤞🏽
First video i see of yourse, not bad. God bless! You got a great voice!
lmfao that intro was hilarious
I'm glad this was the first video I saw on your channel 😊
Awesome reaction of my favorite movie!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Sing 1 is a great animated movie and I loved watching it with you as it’s my fifth time watching this movie. All the characters were great and unique in their own ways with their personalities, different goals and struggles and how they overcame them in the end was just so well shown. The cast is amazing as we have Mathew Mcconaughey(Alright alright alright), Scarlett Johansson, Taron Egerton, Reese Witherspoon, Seth McFarlane, Jennifer Saunders, Tori Kelly etc. Loved your reactions/analysis, take care, stay healthy and have a great one♥️🔥
yes watch all of them!
Im hoping for a 3rd because i LOVE these movies so much they're so fun
You should totally watch the 2nd movie
Love this movie such a bop
29:28 yk what… just for that watch grave of the fireflies 💀
It was so much fun to see you showing off your talent by singing along! Makes me wonder, have you ever done a movie reaction for Fame?
Excellent reaction! So excited for your reaction to the second one. In my opinion it’s just as good, if not better!
YES - when I heard pretty much everyone saying that about the second one... at first I thought it was getting over-hyped BUT then I saw it for myself and I was like "NOPE- the hype was SO TRUE" :D
yay, hope you do the second one too💜💜
New to the channel, gonna definitely subscribe. Sing has become one of my favorite franchises and I am hoping there is a part 3, I do hope you cover Sing 2!
Yes there is a 2nd one and it's wonderful! You must react, part 3 comes out in December!!!
That's Jennifer Hudson giving you chills
This movie is underrated lol i really do love musicals
There isn't a third, but there is a second one, and you ABSOLUTELY need to watch it. They took everything that was great about the first one and took it up to 11 for the second one. No joke. And even better? No Mike. Hated that guy, but... that's what they were going for.
pleeaaaaaaase watch sing 2 it's a sequel that's actually better than the original! very very rare!!
YES - when I heard pretty much everyone saying that about the second one... at first I thought it was getting over-hyped BUT then I saw it for myself and I was like "NOPE- the hype was SO TRUE" :D
"I'm Still Standing" is Elton John
u will love sing 2
I loveee the new camera quality
Thank you! Me too 🔥
You put the hug in thug now😂
Sing 2 will blessed you it was really good !
And just as a followup after your reaction, your reactions had me laughing SO hard. I am planning a 'fan audition' video I want to post where I voice a character introduced in Sing 2 and I'll be actually singing for it, I'm even taking singing lessons and all that to get ready for it. Every time I see this movie it only makes me want to do it more. Thanks for making this one of the funnest reaction watches I've seen in a while.
That’s awesome! Go for it ! 🔥
“If there’s an 2nd movie of this” well there’s an 2nd movie TIME TO WATCH!
There is a second one, Sing 2 and there is a third one that's in production right now.
The Elefant aka Tori Kelly can Saaaang!! I love Tori Kelly. I have been listening to her song Nobody Love on repeat lately. I also like her song Dear no One, and Should of Been Us.
“Animations movies are just so wholesome”
Huh, I guess Sausage Party hasn’t come in his radar yet; or Invincible if we’re not limiting it to movies🤔
Most animation lol yes I’ve seen sausage party
Dude when you sang dont worry you sound good my man
You will love this movie, it's so fun 💓
It was pretty tough 🔥
I really enjoyed your reaction to Sing , i hope you wanted the second movie also The name of the song that Johnny was singing was by Elton John I love that song.
yes, please watch Sing 2. it's just as good as this one. they're making a Sing 3, which I'm very excited for. I knew you'd recognize the actors once you saw who they were. Jennifer Hudson sang the opening song. great reaction, as always. 😃
YES - when I heard pretty much everyone saying that (or even better) about the second one... at first I thought it was getting over-hyped BUT then I saw it for myself and I was like "NOPE- the hype was SO TRUE" :D
@@sathvamp1 the hype was real! 😄
You should watch Rocketman! It has Taron Egerton (who voiced Johnny in this) playing Elton John (who sings I’m still standing).
It’s a great film and Taron Egerton is so underrated.
04:15 When he heard Tori Kelly voice, he was so amazed
7:54 😂😂😂😂
If you love singing and haven't watched them, you should also watch the second Sing movie and the 3 Trolls movies. They're full of music.
If you're looking for other great animated films, Dreamwork's The Bad Guys is an outstanding action comedy with beautiful animation to match.
The formula:
Zootopia + American Idol + Glee = SING
I love the second movie even more than this
If you guys haven’t seen it already, I recommend watching the Iron Claw. It’s stars Zac Efron. It’s based off the tru story of the Von Erich brothers.
I don't know if it's legal to have a koala as a pet, but a few things to consider is first of all, most if not all koalas have clymedia (however you spell it) and they only eat eucalyptus, which barely gives anything of nutritional value, so you're gonna need a good constant source of it😂also just a little fun fact, baby koalas don't have the gut bacteria needed to digest eucalyptus so they eat poop nuggets straight from their mom's doodie hole. (not sure if I'm allowed to swear so family friendly words) they also do NOT sound the way you expect them to, its like the hyrax, raccoon dog and mained wolf, (to name but just a few) you just don't expect that sound to come out of that body🤣
Chlamydia ;)
Pleqse react to the six musical songs, they are bangers!!
the audible gasp i just made when u said u didnt know I'm Still Standing by Sir Elton John likeeee hunniieeee come awn
And umm to your lil Stevie joke.. I have a huge framed Stevie photo above my bed.. lets just say that
Another one I one to recommend is a really good movie. It’s on my top 10 movie list. It’s number two is Gnomeo and Juliet. You’ll love it. Trust me. It’s silly, romantic, and really good.
You should watch 'a monster in paris' it is an amazing animated movie with beautiful music.
Great video!!! If you need another musical to react to I highly recommend Disney's Newsies. The descendants movies are also great too.
Hells yeah on doing Despicable Me!!! 👌🤟
YES THERE IS a second movie by the way... you NEED to watch it. I finally did and they weren't lying when they said it was better (I particularly thought that about the last 30 mins of it) but YES please watch the second one!!
I love your reaction to this !! So many hits in one movie ❤❤❤ btw I broke your 666 likes 😂😂
Thanks 🤞🏽🤣
@@mrflickswatches haha your welcome ! I couldn't have ur channel stuck at a bad number 🤣🤣🤣🤭👌
they actually did announce the third movie last year lol, apparently not coming out until 2026 though
5:36 Speaking as an Australian - I don't think so. if you want to help there there are a few organisations working specifically to protect Australian landscape and all it's animals, but I don't think you can have one as a pet.
You also can't have hamsters in Australia either - guinea pigs, yes, hamsters no because someone decided they count as the same kind of rodents as mice and rats.
I've been watching your videos for a month now and now I just realized I wasn't subscribed._.
Anyways, I am now.
there is a second one, i hope you check it out!
Check out sing part two you are definitely enjoying part two of this movie😊❤
Yes react Sing 2 and Happy Feet
I'm Australian, and no, you cannot have a koala as a pet, they are critically endangered, and no, you don't want one, they are incredibly vicious, nasty bastards, and they sound like nightmares 😂
You should se Trolls, also sort of a musical but animated, Anna Kendriks and Justin Timberlake does the mane voices 😊
