I wanted to make another video of this park before the big 2020 renovations got underway, but I was in for a surprise. A full trip report can be found here: www.karenandjay...
Enjoyed your walk-through! You'll definitely have to come back next year when the new entrance plaza is completed. To stay up to date with the construction be sure to join our Facebook group to see complete photo updates on the renovations.
Another fantastic walk-through! We took the kids to Hershey last summer and had a blast in spite of a rainy day. Looking forward to their new Chocolate Town area!
cant remember if i was there that day, my grandma works there and gets us season passes so we go like 20 times a year. i know my way around that place real well.
Nice walkthrough! The explanations in the video are always great to have, especially because Hershey Park is going to be changing alot. Im going in the summer to see all the big changes.
Skyrush down due to a B&M worker hitting a support beam for it. Intamin now has to make a new support beam for it which will most likely take all summer. Not likely to be open until Fall to Winter
Wow! The entrance looks NOTHING like it did when I was a kid. I went there in 1974. Back then, the entrance looked more like Busch Gardens or DisneyWorld. Lots of shops towering over you...real quaint and cute. Way more large trees. The only coasters I remember back then were the Comet and the Trailblazer. They had a water flume ride too. And a skyway. There was a bridge and a brook underneath that had large koy swimming in it.
I would like to take a trip to hershey park with my boyfriend but I feel too old I am 29 . I definitely feel way too old for great escape since they did all the up dates from years ago so now I feel akwar6
Where Is Chocolate Town At In Hershey Park.. They Needs More Restaurants & High Rising Buildings To Employ More Workers. I Want To Visit ( Heshey, Pa. ).
how are the prices here? I was just at a six flags today and they had 13 dollar slices of pizza. 5 dollar for water. Is hershey park the same crazy high prices?
Hey. I’m planning a birthday trip for my little ones! Do you think we can get through park in one day or will we need a two day pass. We’re coming from Connecticut so i just wanted to make sure in case i have to book a hotel beforehand. Thanks. Love your video by the way.
If you rush through the park, you can experience most of it in one day. But 2 days would be better, especially if you also want to see the Chocolate Museum.
@4640jds You're correct. I was referring to Chocolate World. But I don't feel alone; I've heard workers in the park refer to it as the museum (or the Tour).
PA has a lot of great parks. Which one is the best depends on your preferences. Hersheypark has over the years transformed itself into a thrill park that also has family rides. Kennywood is a family park that also has thrill rides.
HersheyPark is probably like... the most well rounded theme park ever it’s insane how much stuff they have.
Thanks for the tour, my family and I will be driving down this Monday from upstate NY.

@4640jds Most mainstream media is fake news. They're beholden to their corporate sponsors.

I'm going there tomorrow
Very Good Video ! ;o)

They’re about the same price (maybe a bit cheaper), but the food is better at Hershey and there’s a much greater variety.

When are you coming to Carowinds?
Eventually....
When in 2020 should everything be completed?
It should be ready for their spring opening.
Where is the carousel going to be moved?
It will be repositioned nearer the entrance.
Is this the best park in pa how does kennywood compare?
PA has a lot of great parks. Which one is the best depends on your preferences. Hersheypark has over the years transformed itself into a thrill park that also has family rides. Kennywood is a family park that also has thrill rides.
Thanks for the response
Do you get on any rides?
Yup!
I noticed a lot of people leaning against and on TRASH CANS there. What the heck? GROSS!
I love you
that part is ugly
