    Great video! Enjoy your work and explanations along the way. My Bronco is at a very similar stage, but my kick panels need replacement…just too rusty!

    Just started breaking down my 68 to stumble upon the silicone as well. 🤦‍♂️

    what MIG settings are you running for the thin sheet metal on the body?

      I have a millermatic 211 welder with an auto set. I choose the thickness of the metal and the miller welder adjusts the wire feed and heat. in most cases I am set at 18 ga.
