Cameron I really appreciate your chanel and your honest insights into Huntsville and surrounding areas. I am most definently considering buying a new or existing home in Huntsville Madison or suburbs

Thanks Cameron for the Downtown tour that included the “beautiful chain-linked fence”!😂 Seriously, a nice overview. What day and time did you record? I don’t see much foot & automobile traffic at all. I know there is some, but it certainly can’t be worse than crawling parts of the DC beltway before 6:30 AM 😤

Appreciate the walking tour. I think it would be beneficial for you to do more. Perhaps, you could call the segments: Walking with Walker. I have viewed a handful of your Huntsville videos, and you project as someone that's Genuine and Knowledgeable, which are certainly very important qualities that clients would gravitate towards - especially, the high earners. As far as my preliminary research on Huntsville, objectively, compared to other areas across the country, I would have some reservations permanently moving to the area. I wish, city leaders and stakeholders would learn from other cities mistakes and avoid - Rapid Gentrification as well as poor City Planning which ultimately results in really bad bumper to bumper congestion and traffic. Has Huntsville earmarked a billion dollars in there water treatment plants and sewer systems to handle the gargantuan water usage increases that seem to be on the horizon, as Huntsville is in the process of stage 2 of a stage 5 development plan..? And, does Huntsville have enough Fresh Water supply to handle all the new buildings, facilities, homes/apartments..? As far as entertainment, I think it would serve the community, to align themselves into being a top candidate for the next time the NBA is looking to setup another expansion location/team. Have a good weekend!

Hey Cameron! There is a good chance I will be down in Huntsville over the summer for an internship (28 years old, late bloomer for college). I was wondering what the viability for finding a property to rent for 2.5-3 months is? I still need a drug test and background check to get hired, but neither of those should be an issue. Power and control systems engineer for a local company.

Hi Jim, I apologize for the slow reply. I thought I already replied to you. AHI, Corporate Housing Solutions, and Finished Finder would all be good resources for you.

Hey! Looks like your courthouse is classic mid-century. Maybe don’t call it ugly?

Thanks for watching. I get where you're coming from. A lot of us here don't care for the look of the building, and calling it the ugliest building in Huntsville was a bit of an inside joke.
