Congratulations on the new edition of the FAM to come, you look beautiful! I feel you on your mental health, I go through terrible anxiety, and I have 3 kids myself, thank you for being so relatable & also bringing awareness to mental health! It makes so many of us not feel alone ❤ I took myself off all these other meds my doctors wanted to give me, and narrowed it down to one to take when needed. I feel like I've learned to use coping skills, but I'm still learning & it doesn't happen overnight as you know! I feel getting outside and even visiting someone like family, just maybe getting out of the house and being in different scenery does help. I don't like being around Crowds of people, I'm not a people person lol that sounds horrible! 😂 So being in nature, getting outside with the kiddos and just getting away from the stresses of what us women do throughout the day. It's good to just let things go sometimes and get to it later, or maybe ask your significant other for help to take the load off. I didn't do that ever, but when I did, it really started to help me out. And also working out and doing a lifestyle change, just eating better because I hate the word diet, 😂 made my mood also feel better as well, because if your not feeling your best or healthy, how can you take care of those littles so I told myself I needed to get healthy for myself but for them. It's a journey! Love your videos, sorry for the ramble 😅 I hope you have a great day! I was excited when I seen your post 🎉🎉 ~ Megan

Thank you so much! I appreciate the comment! Motherhood is so much harder than I imagined it would be but it’s making me a better person in every aspect of my life. If it weren’t for my kids I’d probably still be suffering! I’ve learned that being in nature really helps me too 🙂
Thank you for the comment, and to know that someone got excited for one of my videos is so encouraging! I wish I had more time to upload more, I’m trying to get a content schedule made up so I can be more consistent. I appreciate your support!❤️
