When you put the steering wheel on, it looked like it didn't sit all the way onto the steering wheel shaft, watch the video around 13 minutes just before you put the bolt back in?

Dude I fucken love u so far you’ve gotten me further than the 15 20 other videos I was tryna to watch they weren’t specific and I don’t wanna fuck yo my challenger I’m trying to remove my steering wheel to install a click steering column and the wheel in my challenger
That was obvious the horn and SRT light connector, not for the heated wheel. It went directly to the horn. Why would you think it was for the heat? You should have just used the harness from the old wheel.
I'm trying to swap my steering wheel airbag. However, when I used the hexagon to pop the left side latch...the right side keeps locking back in and vice versa Any advice?

Yea I had to buy the airbag. You can always try your luck with cutting the cables but I’m not really good with that so I don’t recommend!

@@123antknee so the light went away after the second time I started the car. Also my mistake that cable wasn’t the heat for the wheel it was the horn.
Could have just took the airbag wires off the old steering wheel and put them onto the SRT steering wheel. Then you could have kept your other airbag.

I’m having the same problem but I had the wire there, everything plugs in but no button lights or horn
Why not swap the harness to the SRT. And also you need to use a new bolt and properly torque that bolt.

korey2040 I had heated steering already, I had originally thought I would lose it because of the cable that was not connected
And those black wires are coming off your clock spring and if you don’t know what that is let me know I’ll educate you

You use a Impact Wrench to remove that big Allen Bolt.

So is that just a jeep SRT steering wheel because I noticed you have adaptive cruise control button
This was from a 2018 SRT 392 Challenger. They offered ACC with that trim level

Please torque to 63lbs of torque, Look into LED STEERING WHEEL or CARBON FIBER FLAT BOTTOM STEERING WHEEL.. GOOD CONTENT, MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT ✊

How? I keep popping mine out and the other side goes back in I’ve been fighting it for 30 mins idk what to do
@@WhySoSeriousGM hold the the side that is already out while you pop out the second side. They just push click back in
@@WhySoSeriousGMbro did you fucjing figure it out the same exact thing is happening to me I have a screwdriver in one side and I can successfully pop it out but when I go to the other side, it pops out but the 1st side pops back in. I do them both at the same time AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING BRO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT DID YOU DO
@@childishlandino7697 you got to pop out one side then hold it out with one hand then pop the other side out it took me like 30 mins. You can also try to do them both at the same time
Did the engine light go away? Steering wheel I’m getting has the same issue.
My light went away after about 5 mins

You could have just disassembled the wiring harness off the old one and put it onto the SRT wheel....

illya taresenko I have not yet unfortunately, the cable is for my horn so I’m driving without a horn.

DO NOT USE A KNIFE to remove airbag connectors please!! Use a pocket Screwdriver. Don't be a hack please, use the correct tools.

Victor Akinyemi as far as I know it shouldn’t. I’ve taken it to my dealership for its maintenance and they haven’t said anything.
