Keep the machine in flat surface ,and also don't dump too much of clothes in machine this two will help u to reduce the shake, anyhow average shake will be there.Thank you.

Not sure about that.in ifb itself they provide one filter for washing machine. Pls search.and do descaling regularly to avoid salt deposit in drums.
