I actually got mine in today, taking it to the gym tomorrow. Felt really good out the box, definitely SUPER grippy.
The sticky grips is kinda wearing off after the third days. But it’s still grippy though.
Did yours come deflated too? Also is it for outside use too or just indoor?
@@wadec6799 yeah it came deflated. I definitely wouldn’t used it outdoor the material is too soft, it will get destroy in seconds.
How is it?
@@Rocco_Co I play with it everyday since I got it. Everything is still good. It does hold air well during the cold temperature in my area. People don’t know about the ball they afraid to play with it but once they touched and shoot with it, they loved it. For the price, this is one of the best balls out there.
UA-cam recommended your video. We need a good ball review channel. Good luck with you channel!!
You're such a humble guy. Love your reviews! I just got the Adidas 3.0 on sale for $32. My cousins and I usually play with the evolution. I also bought the Rock C2C basketball a few months back, but no one liked it because it bounced weird. Like it wouldn't bounce in the expected direction. Did you feel any incosistent bounce with the Rock at all?
I always like your first impression reviews, but the real stuff comes after a couple months
Thanks for your support 🙏🏼
Just bought this ball for my 7th grader and his teammates think it’s too light.
I’m telling my son to keep using it. Hopefully it will feel less “light” over time.
I just bought 2...one off Amazon and one off the Adidas website. I was concerned about the valve so thought I'd buy 2 just in case and return one if i noticed one of the valves leaks. But I'm probably going to end up returning both! They are a good quarter of an inch short of 29.5 inches and just feels weird in my hands when I shoot it...coming from the Evo and the Rock as my other balls in rotation.
Did you really not notice this size difference? You mentioned that you thought the size was right on par, which surprises me because i noticed as soon as i picked it up and pumped it up.
Where did you buy your Rock from? I've seen a lot of people complain about bad quality, it not holding air, feeling like the material quality changed for the worse and no longer soft like Evo. I'm wondering if it's not just cause some seller on Amazon has some rotting away in a warehouse and the balls are ruined before the customer even gets them.
I might buy this, I just hope adidas sticks with this and doesn't make a 4.0 next year. Cuz I bought the 2.0 and a couple months later the 3.0 came out. Them not restocking it has me concerned. They don't need to make a new basketball every year.
we will see. I don't mind they come out with another ball. hahaha...better yet make a brand new model. i want to see take on full leather ball. I don't see nike or adidas make full leather basketball yet. Nike should just be ball supplier for nba too. that would be tight.
Buddy I need to make a decision, the adidas pro 3.0 for 60$, the nike hyper elite for 58$, the Wilson Evo NXT (not written the NCAA, I believe they are different) for 72$ or the Nike elite championship for 74$. Also, which of these would be more similar to the Wilson Solution? Thanks so much!
Check Jordan HyperElite I think it’s only $40 something right now. One issues with hyperelite is that it get dirty very easily, otherwise it’s a great ball.
Evo nxt is a skip. Nike Elite championship for $74 is a little expensive. Jordan also has elite championship check it first maybe it’s cheaper than Nike. You can go wrong with adidas pro 3.0. You should google couple code for adidas maybe you can get it cheaper.
Considering buying but the wrinkles bother me and a lot of reviews point that out. Did the wrinkles go away after playing with it for a while?
It's still on the ball but not as noticeable as when it brand new.
Gave it a try as it was discounted. Nice soft touch, really deep grooves, good bounce, nicely controllable overall, but bad quality control. Seams badly glued, panels slightly peeling off. The valve let some air out right after inflating. Seems to shut slowly. Holds air appearently well now though. Did yours have any issues like that?
Production period is 07/22 like yours which means it has been stored deflated for over one year. Another youtuber from Austria has 11/22 in his video with ok quality but still not "pro".
Mine is still good. The glued job is solid on mine. This is like the old Evolution where the quality is inconsistent. It has to do with multiple factories they used to produce the ball.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
Always coming back to your channel for that content we love. Appreciate your efforts.
Hi mate, how would you compare it with the Wilson Evo NXT? I can't make up my mind, if someone can shed light it's you! They come at the same price for me
Personally, I would go with pro 3.0 all day. The evo nxt is way too light for me. I always have weird feeling when i play with it. I have make a lot of adjustments too. Unlike the pro 3.0, it has very good grips, soft to touch feel (softer than the evo nxt), good bounce. So adidas pro 3.0 is a good choice. Here in the US, evo nxt cost alot more than the pro 3.0. I got the pro for great price.
@@EverythingBasketballs Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it! I think I'm finally going for the nike hyper elite, I was sold with your reviews on it
Something weird I noticed. Miami Hurricanes use Adidas basketballs, but they appear to be rebranded Baden balls because they use that symmetrical panel design. I'm not sure why they don't use their own adidas pro ball 3.0 basketball.
I just look at their most recent home game. they still using adidas pro 2.0 because you can see the word "adidas" under the three stripes.
Bro, i just bought the all court version, have you tried that one, the 3.0 one??
These on sale pretty decent for Cyber Monday. I kinda wanna cop but I dunno if I need another basketball lol. I just got the 2.0 a couple months ago didn't know they were making a new one.
Facebook market the pro 2.0 and buy the new one.
Any idea how long it will last outdoor (rubber court)?
Let's goooo
What is best indoor outdoor baksetball but mostly used on outdoor. I was thinking to get tha wilson ncaa or authentic indoor/outdoor, Tarmak bt500 or 900 and this one. Not really sure though.. Thanks for your video it really helpful.
Love the channel! I am having trouble on deciding which basketball to get. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Options( Wilson Evolution, Nike Elite Champion 8p, Baden Perfection Elite or Adidas Pro ball 3.0) Thank you in advance.
If you want try something new then go with Baden Elite Pro because it still has similar feel to the evolution, it’s a little cheaper than the evolution and you don’t it mix up with other people balls at the gym.
Can I use it on the court?
Im thinking of buying this ball and using in on our area's court which is rough/not smooth concrete. How long do you think will it last when i play moderately 4-5 days a week and 1-2 hrs per day. Ty for answer
To be honest I haven’t use it outdoor, I played with it only indoor. From my observation I don’t think this ball will last outdoor because it’s pretty soft and it started to show sign of wear and tear.
do you have a video of the TF No.M after it's broken in? How long did it take? indoor exclusively?
not yet bro. i'm still playing with it and trying to break it in.
What’s the rateing on this ball 🏀
I don’t want to rate it yet. But it is nice right now. Some people even said it has too much grip.
@@EverythingBasketballs is it better than the evolution
@@tqmper7153 depends on the person. You are big fan of the evolution then no it is not better. Let me tell you a few things that I think pro 3.0 is better than evolution and you can decided from there. The grip is better, it has softer feel, the price cheaper, it has better shooting forgiveness, the weight is 592grams which is pretty balance not too heavy or too light.
Here are a few things people complained about pro 3.0. It has too much grips. The ball feel small like women’s ball (I think it’s too easy to grip that’s y they think that way; the ball has standard size 7). So far these r the only two things peoples complain about.
@@EverythingBasketballs oh then I think I'll like it more than the evolution cuz the grip is very important to me
Just bought, 1 off the Adidas website, i will see how it performs personally
how do you like so far? for me, after months of using it the grip is not as sticky when brand new, but everything else is pretty much the same. People who tried it for the first time also love it. I think it is the best basketball adidas made yet and it is one of my favorite basketballs.
@@EverythingBasketballs Yes same here the tip coating of the basketball has wore off, and less grippy but that's a good thing because it was to much grip... and i had the same issue with shipping with wrinkles in the ball, but they pretty much been played out... they should pre fill there basketball with air to prevent this.... Right now my ball of choice is the Baden Elite, over everything at the moment
How does this compare to something like the Wilson Solutions or Wilson EVO ball? I'm a big fan of both of those balls, but they are pricey.
Give the adidas pro 3.0 a try. Cheaper price, more grippy and the bounce is pretty solid. But if you are a loyal fan of the evolution then just stick with that. I like it the adidas pro 3.0 a lot especially with the price when it goes on sale.
@@EverythingBasketballs is it at all similar to the Wilson Solutions or evo nxt?
@@Rocco_Co I think it’s more similar to evolution rather than the solution game ball.
What about adidas all court 3.0?? Which is better sir, pro or all court???
If use on outdoor court then all court 3.0 and if indoor use then pro 3.0.
@@EverythingBasketballs is tarmak bt900 better than adidas pro/allcourt??
@@drago4803 better than all court but not better than pro.
45$ on adidas right now
And even softer than the Nike 8P
is it for concrete?
No. I won’t recommend use it on concrete.
[Adidas pro 3.0] VS [Nike champion 2.0]
I would go with Adidas Pro 3.0 because right away you can take it to the court play with it and it feels nice. Eventhough at beginning it has a very sticky feels but it should go away a few days after played with it.
@@EverythingBasketballsWhich ball does 3.0 feel like?
@@jxz9528 the grip is pretty insane for 3.0 at beginning. It has too much grip. But after awhile it’s not as grippy anymore. It has soft to touch feel just like the evolution. Some people don’t like it. But I do, it’s one of my favorite balls to play with. And it’s the cheapest compared to other balls in it class.
Tarmak bt900x vs adidas pro ball 3.0 ?
i like adidas pro 3.0 better.
