I find inspiration all over the place.... UA-cam videos, Facebook groups, Etsy, Pinterest, Instagram, and so much more. Sometimes I just search the internet for a specific topic for inspiration. Looking at ads also gives me inspiration.
I love your art work. I have just started painting/creating. I am still trying to find my style. I think about the colors and forms I like. I love purple so that's probably why I like your artwork. 😊
You are my doodling inspiration, Bettina!! I LOVE your work!! I have created a board on Pinterest called Inspiration so I can go there and get, well, inspired! 😂 But I really like watching you. Always look forward to Fridays!! 😃
Thank you so much Bettina I really really enjoyed watching you create this beautiful and amazingly gorgeous piece. I love ❤❤❤❤ your style of art and your talent too. You’re also very very creative too. Please stay safe and well too xxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤
This is beautiful Bettina! I’ve been eyeing that Jean Haines set for years...turns out I’ve inadvertently purchased most of the set individually. 😳 It’s a sickness. 😂 The perfectionism struggle is real. Decades ago, I had a mentor critiquing some of my work and she said “you’re a skilled draftsman, now take some risks”. Thank you for the reminder to let go and let it flow!
I have so much fun watching your work. Can´t get enough for it 😃 Your voice is particularly pleasant and it's a pleasure to listen to you. I'm really looking forward to the new colors, too. This creation is once again a particularly successful work, I love it. Have a nice weekend, Dear Bettina
So pretty! Love your work and you have inspired me to start doodling again. I just bought the Daniel Smith paints too. Can't wait to try them. I hope I can be as good as you one day. 😊
So nice! I love your work. I got a tube of Daniel Smith Shadow Violet, it is similar to the Lunar violet that you are using. I have found that I can keep it dark if I want or with a little more water it granulates really nicely into some blues and kind of rosy hues. It’s really pretty, just thought you might be interested! Thanks for sharing 😊
So beautiful as usual! Daniel Smith watercolors are like potato chips….you can’t have just one! 😂. You are my inspiration! I also save photos on my camera roll from instagram and get inspiration from nature. I also watch lots of tutorials and take workshops.
I take screenshots from various videos (political, documentary, music, art) for drawing (people, animals). Artists: Bettina F, Scott Sava, Denise Love, Kristy Rice), Hua ___ (Zentangle), Kelli Blouin (Zentangle), Diane Antone (nature-inspired). Regular trips to Denver Art Museum, Clyfford Still Museum, The Art Hub at 40 West gallery. A walk around the neighborhood or a park.
A couple more artists I follow: Hu Art Drawing (Zentangle) and Rebel Unicorn Crafts (techniques). Somebody just posted a Short of a Praying Mantis disguised as a wasp! I have some art books too.

Beautiful! Thank you.
Daniel smiths are on my Christmas wish list. Love the granulating look. Have done it with salt but this is prettier.
I find my inspiration through nature, cee cee creations and you! Thank you so much 😍
Gorgeous as usual!
Love it 😍
