@@fancyfrugalfashion oh where do I begin lol. I’ve done this a while. With the LV (necessary) price increases last year, this has been a (bad) game changer for flipping on new pieces, LV pretty much has everything in stock now so fashionphile & re-sellers are
suffering greatly, there is just no money to be made bc items are in stock on LV..for example a mini pochette is now $800 retail so that cuts out any potential money to be made on a flip; when they were $365 that was a good time..but if you have some nice pre-owned items-Just find other listings like what you want to sell & follow what top rated sellers are doing & you’ll learn. 12 GREAT pics are important. Date codes, made in ?, be VERY descriptive in the info. Show any flaws. Don’t do auctions on LV you’ll get screwed. Price reasonably according to condition-about $100ish under fashionphile/rebag. Some eBay re-sellers are SO high and that stuff doesn’t sell. You’ll learn. eBay has the authentication program now so just make sure your item is going thru that. Don’t take returns. Ship on time! It’s easy. A plain old Neverfull or speedy is a tough sell nowadays (sooo many), but limited edition items do better. Either way you’ll make all the $ yourself minus the 12% eBay takes. You are very lucky. That's why I never have any interest to buy pre love. Shopping at the boutique is more pleasant and I get out with my purchase knowing it's perfect. A peace of mind is mostly important.
Anyway i don't have the skills to look for a real or a fake. Very tempting to buy nice stuffs at half price or a good bargain but too much headache dealing.

No tax. That's your own stuff that you already paid tax at time you purchased. It's not a profit. Actually you lose money when resale
