Saddest part about all of this is that we can talk about it, get frustrated, and grief over the world but at the end of the day we realize we cant do anything about it.
Talking about them more does help dispel those beliefs for us. So if we have better ideas and approaches to these issues/topics, it’s more likely the next generation (our kids) won’t experience what we did to the same extent, or at all. Good ideas will change the culture/society, but overtime.
I think the main reason makes us think that way is because we think that we are less of a value when comparing to others. But the thing is basically you are “different” and living your life not to please others.

I really needed this video today. Thank you! I’m in the military (don’t want to be) and everyone, I mean EVERYONE has something to say about MY decision of getting out next year. They say “You should consider staying in” “Why don’t you like it” Why do you care so much Michael?!?!?! And don’t even get me started on all the comments people have about my “unhappy face” I don’t want to be here. Wtf do you expect me to have a smile ALL day? Fuck that.
i agree with you so much cascina!!! i look up to you a lot and it gives me so much confidence to see you have the same ideals OMGGG I LOVE YOU SO MUCHHH
Bringing up some very good points, people really need to question certain things that they were taught or just accept. We need to learn to listen to others without immediately judging them just because their opinions or beliefs differ from ours. When we are willing to at least listen, others will feel more like they're allowed to speak their mind, to open up about certain things. One of my goals is to just be myself and I find that in that process I can make people feel comfortable enough to just be themselves as well and it's great. It's sad how we change ourselves or our behaviour based on the situation or our environment, trying to fit into a certain image. An important thing to remember is that you do not have to meet expectations others have made for/about you. Take the time to figure out who you are, what your values are, allow yourself to make mistakes and learn from them. Be grateful for what you have and the opportunities you get, just be the best version of yourself you could ever be and try to enjoy most of the ride. Accept certain emotions when they come and go, don't necessarily fight them, just accept that they're there and allow yourself to let those feelings play out. Glad to see that you are bringing up these subjects Cascina, for these are important and can't be mentioned enough. Know that your effords don't go unnoticed and that many of us are in fact grateful for it. Keep it up, love to see more!
Totally agree about the emotions dude. Our "negative" emotions make us grow as much as the good ones. That's why I always tell my buddies who are super down to embrace their feelings and their depression. And I mean that in the sense that it's not a negative thing to have that, and in my opinion it's better to FEEL it and really think about it and understand it rather than ignore it or think negatively about it.
There`s something really beautiful about seeing someone from my generation express these views, and be open/willing to talk about their formative opinions, epiphanies, etc. In a world where so many people put their views out on the internet, in such a myriad of ways (so many veering negatively), I find this video really wholesome and genuine. Kudos!

So I just wanted to wish you, with all my heart, to reach your goal and never give up in this tough fight and to spread your butterfly wings by hovering above opinions without being emotionally touched by them. These videos give me hope Cascina! You're pretty young and you seem to get it. I'm glad to see you using your platform to be real, positive, and not tell people what to do. Plus you seem very educated so kudos to you.
Valid points and as you mentioned sometimes we are meant to go through experiences to see the truth. I believe we must go through life in order to shape our own opinions and just pass that experience/knowledge to the next generation or just fellow human by having those conversations. Loved your video 💙
Me: my loneliness is killing me and I I must confess I still believe still believe when you're (Cascina) not here I lose my mind give me a siiiign *Cascina posts a new vid* also me: yeah hit me baby one more time
Self growth and change comes from the inside. This is so motivational and talking about it is how it all starts. Keep making these videos! Also like to point out that its insperarional for you to understand what you can't control. I was always tought to control my emotions and they are bad. Took me a hell of a lot longer to grow spiritually because of it.
I was starting to miss this kind of videos. It feels so good hearing you touching these deep subjects that a lot of us can relate to. Thanks for the video and keep making this original content.
I grew up in a home where getting upset and/or sad was considered "wrong" becuz my dad was taught to never feel weakness. In turn, he expressed his insecurities via anger, which made that emotion a no-no becuz his was more than enough. Now, even at Age 42, I struggle to let myself outwardly show weakness OR anger becuz I think it will upset ppl, and when it happens within the family, I am always told that I "shouldn't get so upset," which is ironic coming from ppl who get upset at various things all the time. It's really fucking infuriating, to be quite honest.
Stoicism, don't care about you can´t control and don't care other people's lifes, care about yours. Don't care about Jesus or God and what they expect from you, if you feel something, you feel for a reason (sex, emotion, whatever...) and only you know what you like or not. Feel what you want and live as you want, find your happiness.
Thank you cascina for this beautiful video, im so sick that ppl think that they can control you or their stupid opinion matter, it just makes me soo angry and sad no one listens to me bc they think im a 19 year old “who doesn’t understand the world”...this is just frustrating seriously
I just bought the last uf us II, saw Dyna and said who is this girl and why Im so attracted to her. So I googled you out, discovered you were a UA-camr and now you are solving everything this quarantine brought to my head you know? Like giving form to many of some thoughts that gave me anxiety when I think of them. Self-love, self-discovery, that kind of stuff. Thoughts that are so rooted in our head because of our childhood and aren’t ours, they are the reflection of our past and changing the person we’ve always been to the one we choose to be is frustrating aff. Just wanted to say i love the way you think and your content, keep it up!
Appreciate you Cascina! I’m going to keep coming back to this video whenever I feel people’s opinions getting to me! We are the ones who literally have to live with ourselves ✨

If I meet her someday ima give her a big hug and I won’t let go😂😭

Self growth and change comes from the inside. This is so motivational and talking about it is how it all starts. Keep making these videos! Also like to point out that its insperarional for you to understand what you can't control. I was always tought to control my emotions and they are bad. Took me a hell of a lot longer to grow spiritually because of it.
I have a maths exam tomorrow and its around 1:02 am in India and I am here watching your video. Nice video, you got a like from me.🤗
I was starting to miss this kind of videos. It feels so good hearing you touching these deep subjects that a lot of us can relate to. Thanks for the video and keep making this original content.

@Lil RE same case bro
Even if somebody does not care about Jesus...Jesus cares about you! :) Peace.
You’re helping in so many ways. I’m repeatedly floored. Lioness. ❤️❤️❤️
I'm brazilian, i don't understand almost anything she is saying but i love her 💖😂

Thank you cascina for this beautiful video, im so sick that ppl think that they can control you or their stupid opinion matter, it just makes me soo angry and sad no one listens to me bc they think im a 19 year old “who doesn’t understand the world”...this is just frustrating seriously
TLOU PART II P.3 ?????????
TLOU part II p3 pra quando? Tô ansiosa pra te ver concluir o jogo.
Appreciate you Cascina! I’m going to keep coming back to this video whenever I feel people’s opinions getting to me! We are the ones who literally have to live with ourselves ✨
I'm from Brazil and I use the Google translator to comment on your videos, I'm gonna have to wait for someone to subtitle this for me kkk
(Mais alguém do Brasil?)
Eu aquiii!

Dam Cascina, your advice is actually SO GOOD! I've seen plenty of advice vids lately but yours is DEFINITELY one of the best.
You have such good energy, one day I will have that energy too haha
Thank you so much, Cascina. May we all have your courage and clarity of mind to confront those society-programmed beliefs that do not serve us. Lots of love 💜
If Cascina keeps posting a the last of us episode every 2 weeks, part 3 will be released before she finish it 🤣🤣
hahaha i agree
Amazing video, Cascina. You really talk about this like the truly and wonderfull woman that you are.
