Manor Lords is a medieval strategy game featuring in-depth city building, large-scale tactical battles, and complex economic and social simulations. Rule your lands as a medieval lord -- the seasons pass, the weather changes, and cities rise and fall.
Yours is but a small parcel of land in a vast territory, and the competing ambitions between you and neighboring lords will inevitably lead to conflict. Manor Lords provides a gridless city-building experience with full freedom of placement and rotation. Building mechanics are inspired by the growth of real medieval towns and villages, where major trade routes and the landscape influenced how settlements shaped and developed.
From boots to barley and hides to honey, Manor Lords features a great variety of goods fitting of the era. Materials need to be transported and processed into finished products through production chains, and you must balance the basic needs of your people against the desire to produce luxury items to ensure happiness, manufacture trade goods for export, or forge arms and armor to aid in your conquests.

I like the idea of a 1000 people city, with multiple side towns feeding in resources to sustain it. I was under the impression that militia was the derived from the civilian population while the others are independent, not effecting work done in town... could be wrong, but I've heard that from other tubers, they rarely use militia. Ever considered balancing the farms? 1 farm 1 livestock per 3 fields. Put them on rotation so you receive 1 field of wheat and another resource per year with one being fallow (for the pasture)... six fields would be better for efficiency but it wouldn't work for animal grazing... is there a higher return on crops when you plow and sow faster?
Farming is more efficient with more smaller ones and extra Oxen in each farmhouse.
He seriously needs to change the way wealth is sent back to your towns. A drop down to pick the town you want it to go to or even allow you to split it between multiple towns.
I'm sure that will change later. But yea, frustrated that I couldn't get it in my main settlement
