What about patients with the exact opposite problem? I measure a little over 167 with a 164 wingspan. And my shoulders are broad at that so it contributes to my wingspan a bit. The first thing people notice are my short arms that my wrists barely reach my waist. I would like to get the surgery to achieve 10 cm of height but there’s no chance I could without getting my arms lengthened. Do you guys do humerus lengthening or only leg lengthening?
How much is the maximum acceptable to increase your height with respect to your wingspan so that there is still proportion?
You can get away with up to a 3 inch difference. So if you have a 5’8 wingspan. You can be 5’11
I have a question. Do the muscles actually grow with the height, or do they only stretch? In other words, are you becoming a bigger person or just a taller person?
From what I know they just stretch, but you can make them grow bigger after the lengthening finishes with musclr building so they look exactly as if they were that big before
only stretch not grow.
even steroid cannot helps you " add more" muscle, it just become bigger.
It stretches but you have gym sessions and physio so it gets bigger and leaner

you are right, you can clearly see that Sedat was not 157cm tall, you can see the difference in the torso in the arms etc ...

You mean your 165cm tall? which is 5’5. You want to become 5’11 or 5’10 7/8ths which is 180 cms. We’ll let me tell you something it’s really expensive and it’s painful. So when your 165cm 5’5 or even shorter it doesn’t matter if your above 5’5 but you can stick to bodybuilding . Once you reach above 6’0+ that’s when clothes and bodybuilding starts to get more difficult or awkward because when your short you can put muscle much more quicker than taller people. Bc they have longer limbs and arms. Shorter people don’t have those problems bc of how short your arms and legs are it’s more simple than what it is to taller people which is me 6’6 1/2 or 6’7 which is 199-201cms. It’s very difficult for us tall people to put on muscle as quick as shorter people. You also don’t have to eat as much as we do bc you can eat less and get bigger. We tall people need more food so we can get bigger and work harder and harder to get better results. So hope this helps you and also I know short people get rejected when it comes to dating. So once you start to hit the gym you won’t really lose hope or confidence. The price for height lengthening is currently 70k to 120k even if you chose to be 15cm from 165cm 5’5 to 5’11 180cms it’s still very expensive. So I wouldn’t do it if I were you I’m just trying to help you feel better about yourself and not lose confidence.
