1st of all its chicken cutlet and NOT falafel cos falafel is basically veg... Being here in the gulf/ middle east for over 10 years now from where falafel actually & originally comes from, it's 100% veg and has nothing to do with chicken or meat or non veg... 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

In Kashmir we use same recipe to make shami kabab but little bit differently , inplace of chicken,a good quality of fish is used .

Falafel is a vegetarian dish, cannot be with chicken 😅. The recipe is amazing, but don't call it falafel, it is chickpea meatballs or something.
But the quantity of chicken is so much lesser than the chickpeas you've added to the mixture !
