I agree with the “water” saturating your hair as a moisturizer. I’m guilty as charged with waiting to long between washes but I will bump it up with the rinses in between. I just spray oil and water and then put a cap on my head. I get moisture and don’t have to wait for the rest of my life for my hair to dry.
Great, my tip is for ppl dealing with stubborn dryness. It may be excessive for ppl whose hair isn’t very brittle.
