I cooked these little gems up this morning for breakfast (used sharp cheddar cheese). Yummmmmmmo! My wife had been up in the hills yesterday with her mushroom collecting friends and snagged some fresh morel mushrooms. So she made scrambled eggs with cheese and sautéed morel mushrooms. That worked out nicely with the Pāo de Queljo. This recipe was simple enough for dear old dad to make and I think everyone was duly impressed. This was a winner! Thanks for sharing the Matt!
