- HD video of maiden 2.4GHz flight of my full carbon 5m Valenta Thermik XXXL at Nympsfield UK on Sunday 21st February 2010.
Antenna mounted externally - one vertically and one horizontally from the Futaba 6008HS rx.
It is more responsive and absolutely issue free - time to sell the 35MHz gear!!

I am thinking of buying the model Pike Perfection, Supra Pro, Maxa Pro, Thermik XL or Thermik XXXL. I love the catches with my hand when I'm landing. Can anyone tell me which model to choose and buy? Please answer me. Sorry for my english. Thank.
I'd recommend a light weight thermal plane like a Maxa or Supra since they can fly relatively slow for catches. The Thermik XXXL is a monster and could probably flatten you if miscaught! :)

+Aldo Allende Oliva For a thermal glider I'd recommend less than 30g per dm2 (dm2 = 10cm X 10cm area). For a slope soarer about 40g-50g per dm2 and for a pylon racer fully ballasted you could go to 70g per dm2 if wind is strong and you are smooth with your turns!
