I find this video strange and funny! The rest of the world would want to have high speed rails but the British are aspired to good old steam engine trains. They like the old stuff and don't want to build any new and modern train in the HS2 but preferred buying from Japan and France.
Well, this video was taken in Parramatta, NSW, Australia during one of the heritage runs chalked up for the year. Though I can say that 3265 was built in Britain, over 122 years ago.
I wonder if this is the train I heard going 'choo choo' when I lived near Stanmore Station.

The British already have HS1, which is high speed (barely). I'm not sure what Britain has to do with this video, though.
