In the 1920's there was a movement in the world of Advertising Design, that completely and utterly revolutionised the design industry (and was called Graphic Design). And the Black Swan Group is surely another supper rare, absolute, unequivocal game changer, of the likes the world has just never seen before, or even been able too conceived before now! Sales and Negotiations will never be the same again. Wow.

This is an amazing productive educational discussion 🎉 why junk gets so many peoples attention and subjects like this don’t? Humanity is being entertained to death.

I completely agree. It seems as if you are a Blackswan. Would you disagree that this needs to be taught more extensively in our education systems?

It is for the same reason junk foods generate more revenue than healthy foods.

@Blackswanltd1 lol. Excellent question. I know my criticism may seem unfair. Seems like you have a good reason for wanting to know. I find it grating and distracting. It detracts from his message. Probably better to pause and take a breath before continuing. It's OK to be silent for a beat.

@Blackswanltd1 good question. it's distracting but also I got hammered at toastmasters for that. Reminds me of the valley girl craze. I notice that the black swan crew, instead of using a filler word, remain silent between thoughts and take a breath. Like and you know are useless filler words that seem to indicate a person not listening to themselves and not aware of patterns of speech that may detract from their message.
