Having these on a playlist on repeat is GOLD. Putting advice into practice is though, the more you listen it gets easier.

How am I supposed to watch any future seasons of Homeland after watching and reading your content?! 🤣
One of the best decisions I made in life is finding your book. I'm not some hot shot sales person. Just a gullible friend who is getting her money back. I have received about 70% of my money back. Unbelievable. Thank you sir, and the channel.

The black swan group has helped me through many tough negotiations as a Realtor Associate. The one I am working on now is how to say no politely to a potential client while protecting a future relationship with him.

@@gregorykhan4182 how did you come to conclusion to say no?

@@nichegoseberazdvatri In this particular case the client did not wish to follow all the requirements for listing his property due to objections he had about some of the documentation requiring disclosure re our proceeds of crime act. He was prepared to pay a commission outside of the legal parameters.
The natural question therefore was 'How am I supposed to do that?'.

I tried “it sounds like you’re powerless” with an agent for the cable/internet company when negotiating renewal and she just replied back “i am” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

the point and purpose is get to the rationalize the reasons for defending the rationalization you want them to defend, and the feelings of being on your side that you want them to have.
Ie defending doing business with you or 'so why us' 'why would you choose doing business with us?" and defending the point that you want them to defend thats being on your side.

You are not going to like this deal.
In fact you will not do this deal.
Fact is you have already won this deal because you have All the power to control the end result.
You see not responding is to end this deal.
However even a single response will begin the negotiation of this deal.
Thing is I have nothing to offer you and you have nothing you want to give me.
Heck I don't even know why you would want to do this deal.
Anyways, Chris, hope you had a great Thanksgiving day!
Thanks for all the awesome training Chris! 😁

What's the chance for me to get an upgrade on this...
It sounds like you are powerless...

I would need a little more information about the situation to give you more of an accurate answer but I would be careful with that. It almost sounds accusatory which could potentially trigger someone. Remember there are 3 different types of negotiators and they all react differently.
