I watched ur video about finding out the amount of medications which we have to prescribe to patients I was like "she is the one who will help me with pharmacology " cause i searched a lot for this lecture about pharmacology, and Thanks God i found u. Thank u so much 🙏🏻💜 Btw, this video also can help to pass exams for MCAT or just for Nurses?:)
Thank you so much for these videos. They are essential to my learning! I have the pharm deck, the med surg deck, and the fundamentals, med surg and pharm nursing games! I just completed my first week of nursing school and I have my first two exams on Monday! Thank you for these wonderful videos!!!!
Thank you , but confused me when you said generic drugs are not capitalized, but if you put acetaminophen on webs, many of the come back with pix with capital letters, for example-Amazon brand. I have a caption of it, but can not upload it in my comment 😢
My professor said that schedules 3-4 can be refilled 5 times in 6 months. Does the no refill policy only apply to classes 1 and 2? I just want to double-check because the video said no refills for scheduled drugs but my being told otherwise.
You are correct, there are no refills for schedule II (schedule I has "no medical purpose," so you wouldn't have a prescription for that). Schedule III, IV, and V each have varying restrictions on refills, which have actually changed multiple times over the past few years. But the most important thing is to understand the restrictions for schedule II meds. Each state also has varying laws, which may be more restrictive than the federal requirements!
