Hi Cathy! I have crepitus in my knees as well and it does not cause pain...yet. Have you found any supplements/meds/or physical therapy exercises that help with your crepitus? If so, I would really appreciate if you shared that information with me. I greatly appreciate your videos as I am finishing my third semester of the nursing program :)
