She framed the question in an accusatory fashion. She didn't say Sid what you just claimed she said. She accused Pierre of having called it a terrorist attack himself. She omitted the part where he said that media was reporting a terror related attack. CTV had put out a written report at 1:09 on their website that did suggest that government officials were operating under the assumption that it could be a terrorist attack and that wasn't put to rest until 9:40 pm that night by the FBI and after 5 pm by the provincial police. All the bridges were closed and police presence was increased at possible terrorist attack targets. That about sums up the situation that was being treated like a terrorist attack until they could confirm otherwise. I think Pierre definitely deserves a pass on this one but as per usual the mainstream media takes every opportunity possible to try to make the future PM of Canada discredited. Why don't you spend your time on important things like the new state religion of climatism or the most recent scandal of the Liberal government around the green slush fund rather than gossip rag worthy news.

Why is it important for the media to not report the truth? Not just “their version” of the truth. The same truth that all Canadians are entitled to.

Here's a question that needs to be asked. Why is it after Pierre said media reports say it was terrorism and Justin stood up to speak after, did he not immediately accuse Pierre of spreading falsehoods? You are missing the fact that PP read news from FOX news over in the states that said it was a terrorist attack, while authorities on the ground did not mention terrorism at the time. The most important part of that exchange was omitted for this segment. The part where Poilievre pointed out that his statement regarding the incident including the words, "media reports". And the reporter has the nerve to try to get with him a gotcha moment saying that he was the one that jumped to conclusions. These four pundits are all so deluded or think they can pull a fast one on the public. Disgusting.
Pierre lied. Only Fox reported the border incident as a terrorist attack prior to Pierre's statement. Maybe Pierre should grow a spine and tell us that he gets his reporting and news from Fox "News"

My concern with what Sid said is that he worries about how Pierre will deal with world leaders. Let's remember Trudeau got caught making fun of Trump for being late for a meeting with him, and Trudeau was doing this in front of Macron, Boris Johnson, and other world leaders. This is the same PM who has made waves with the Italian PM and had issues with Australia - so know the whole picture and not just jumping on the band wagon is what I would hope of my media representatives. Further, to suggest the media isn't biased is a dishonesty.
Pierre is a great communicator. I think he will do great with foreign leaders. Unlike Trudeau who everyone shrugs off! Everyone attacking Pierre for asking a question about a possible terrorist attack to Trudeau in the house. We didn't see Trudeau jump up and deny it or say hold on lets not get ahead of our selves it's still being investigated.

This is false Sid. CTV did indeed report it as being treated as a terror attack prior to Pierre's remarks. They made the correction afterwards. It simply wasn't reported in their video coverage, but there's evidence they reported it that way on their website. Either way, the real issue is Pierre being accused in bad faith of labelling it as terrorism himself, when in reality he didn't.
Security at Pearson was heightened, I wonder why so right after the crash. Vote for Pierre, common sense, knows his history and financial situation of Canada. Vote for Pierre.

Personally, I find it refreshing that Pierre holds everyone accountable, including reporters. I have no problem with Pierre's tone. I have a problem with Trudeau and how he claims to be a supporter of women's rifhts and then kicks female members out of thd caucus when they raise issues with his behaviour. Trudeau claims to be for Canadians but his policies and decisions say otherwise.
Enough of the woke, virtue signalling, designer sock wearing Prime Minister. These commentators are concerned about Pierre's tone?! What about the 2 million people going to food banks, and those who can't afford rent even though they have a job?

Its too darn bad that all Trudeau followers are so upset with PP. He's a good man and would make a wonderful PM. At least he answered to question more than I can say Trudeau would do when asked a question because I have never heard him answer a question honestly yet. OMG he is such a loser.
