I imagine the whipped cream and milk, if unsweetened, to be almost buttery in flavor, so it makes sense that it would taste good in a sandwich.

Man, I haven't had one of those fishcake sausages in forever. I used to eat them all the time when I was a kid. I don't stock my fridge with Japanese items as much as my mom used to, so I don't eat a lot of things as much as I used to. But seeing that sausage is so nostalgic for me. I can even remember the taste...

They have them in supermarkets here in the UK but they're not the greatest unless you go somewhere more posh

We have the consomme corn snacks in our country! They come in bags, though, not cups 😅 It's called Bissli. There's a bunch of shapes and flavors - pizza, falafel, onion, barbecue. It's so frickin' good.

Those spiral corn chips are pretty great. We typically have them in larger bags in America when you buy them in the stores.

I lived off of 7-Eleven in Japan when I travelled there. They have perfected the convenience store. It was unreal how good the food was for how cheap it was.

I can't get over those prices, I know that one salad would be like, $7-9 in an America 7-11. The large sausage would probably be $4-6 range, but it's under $2 there?!
2:27 Those Corn Snacks are known here at Mexico by Crujitos, Crujitos are made by Sabritas company, they sell them on green snack bags on Cheese and chilli flavor, the ones from mexico are softer but still crunchy, Mexico is expert whit processing Corn on thousand ways 😸✌️ 🇲🇽
Crujitos look a lot more puffed, these look more like the Fritos twists that we can get in Honey BBQ flavor here in the States.

I'm happy that here (germany) most stores have a sushi part of the store to always fulfill your sushi needs when on the go. And yes, the seaweed is also packed separately so it stays fresh for these kinds of rolls/ triangles. So crispy and delicious

those corn snacks are very similar to something that's been in the states for a long, long time now. i like that form factor for a snack, lots of surface area for flavor coating, and a nice crunch

Quite a difference between 7-11 in Japan and 7-11 in the US. Most I have been to in the US are surrounded by homeless people and drug addicts, and a lot of times the food has been heated way past its prime.
The food selection in Japan looks amazing!
For that very reason, Wawa has risen to become the new king of convenient stores with the exception of Casey's in the Midwest.

I was surprised to see how much of the packaging was printed in English. At least you could manage meals at a 7-11! 😜
Yes I worry about that sometimes but my biggest concern is whether i can find enough Halal foods or I’ll starve there lmao
A lot of signage has English words alongside it, as well as Japan being very good at using pictogram indications. Google translate app is a godsend with the camera function and google maps will even tell you where to go within train stations and what train to take to get where you want to go.

japan has really amazing food and theyre known for more than just japanese food, which makes it so strange how they still havent got sausages/dogs down unless its a taste/texture preference
They’re called japanese sausages, they have collagen in them which makes them firmer in texture. Still very delicious, similar to hot dogs
I'm in Japan rn, the 7 eleven's come in clutch when you want a quick bento box or meal, I love the onigiris. The chu his rock too 😍
In Poland we have shops called Żabka (eng: frog) which are very similar to 7-Eleven and they're everywhere, sometimes very close to each other. In my hometown there are 3 Żabka's, each less than 500 meters (0,5 km) apart from each other on one long street.

I'm always wary of things that say they're calcium rich, usually means bulked up with a lot of bone powder, and thus extremely gritty. Great way to market a waste product though!

There's a type of meat log/sausage you can get in Australia that we call 'Straz'... (Strasburg sausage). It is wonderful cold with a bit of ketchup.
That first drink was, like, _really green!_ If it had looked any more healthy, it would have come with the local equivalent of the Surgeon General approving of it in person.
