Just drill 2 new holes in the top plate 1" closer to the old holes and the shock will lean further and soften your ride Greg. Thanks for Always doing good videos with great info in them.
Glad to see yours getting some more RBG lovin. Watch the jackshaft bearings....I keep reading stories of the stockers failing fast because of a lack of grease from the fac'tree. Timken makes good replacements apparently. My stock 196 had so much vibration....others are also reporting bad vibes. I took mine off and replaced it with a 212 Hemi. Love the added torque, and it's bone stock. Working on cutting up a stock non-Hemi 212 muffler to increase flow and welding it to a larger aftermarket flange and up tube. Want more flow but not more decibels. P.S. all the 196 tins/tank/air cleaner fits the Hemi for the "It's stock" look.
Take 2 weedwhackers and ductape them to the front of the RSV and then connect the throttles to a linkage setup so u can whack the weeds and ripp at the same time😂😂 godbless
Hey Redbeard, I’ve been watching for awhile and recently I finally got my first minibike. Got it on trade so had to piece some things together, specifically everything with the rear axle including bushings, axle bolt and tensioners bolts. Keep getting wrong sized axle bolts but everything keeps saying it fits it even though it’s different lengths. Most recent though, I bought a couple of different brake assemblies and can’t get them to stop locking the wheel up as soon as I tighten the rear axle bolt. Again, it’s all just pieced together so idek if any of it is correct but I could really use some professional advice/help on it.
Mr. Red Beard, had a question for you. Or maybe a viewer out there can help. I’m setting up a Coleman BT200X to run a golf cart wheel 10x8 in the rear. With a 12 wheel in the front. Trying to go for a chopper look. Can you tell me how can I lower the front forks so I can keep the bike even. Without moving them from their stock mounting location?
What's the status on the house? Still waiting for material cost to lower more? Get Lonnie family over for cookout and bonfire and clean the trails out. Let kids ride and wear them in. I like the stance on the Coleman with extension. Still partial to my TM.
My wife and I bought a pair of B200R's. The Jack shaft on hers (and probably mine too) was milled .016" smaller than the bore in the vari-pulley, causing vibration and a grinding noise. I can't find a replacement anywhere. Am I better off getting one made?
I have a oxyearth mini bike and I just upgrade the engine to a 212 predator, After That I Had To Order A 10 HeadClutch with 420 Chain. What Sprocket to I need ??

Since you upgraded to a 212 engine and went down to a 10 tooth front sprocket, I wouldn't go any lower than a 50 tooth in the rear to keep using that 420 chain. If you want to go faster, just reduce the rear sprocket size to increase the top end speed without changing anything inside the engine. When you reduce the size of the rear sprocket, you will be slower at the take off, but you'll be faster as the peak rpm. However, the bigger the rear sprocket.. it'll crawl and climb like a Billie goat, but it'll be slow at max rpm. All depends on what you plan on doing with this minibike.. a cruiser, or a trail rider. The only time I would disable or completely remove the governor is if you plan on upgrading any of the internals like cam, billet piston rod and billet cover.. because at this time you'll be inside the engine and it'll be easier to remove then. The limitation of the governor will help in the longevity of that motor if you keep it 100% bone stock and no stage upgrades. The oil I'd use for that engine would be SAE 30, and until you start upgrading internal parts, I wouldn't worry about using any full synthetic oils with zinc additives, normal small engine SAE 30 oil is perfectly fine.
Help please just got that bike from TC and in low rpms the bike vibrates like crazy and when accelerating does not sound healthy. I change the oil after running for a few minutes I put 10w30 on it but compared to my b200r vibrates a ton
Can I get you to build me an exhaust like that for my Trailmaster hurricane?? I have the super pipe but is it is extremely noisy. I don’t mind trading a little power for it to be quieter. I would gladly pay you for your time parts and shipping.
The swing arm sounds good. I'd like to get one when you start making them!

Are the duromax 420 good or is the 440 better anybody know 🤔
"the dog hates mini bikes" proceeds to ride straight at it 😂. I hope you do fab these swing arms, I need one and I'll gladly buy one from you.
The length of this video is perfect. Not to long it gets boring. And it does need more power.
4 minutes. Fastest I have ever been here.
Great video man, I really enjoy watching our content.
Definitely gonna get a swing arm from you as soon as you make it
greg you’re convincing me more and more to get a coleman rsv!

My jackshaft bearing failed. New Timken bearings in it now packed full of Amsoil synthetic grease.
trail clean up, sounds like a good job for the overland trailer.
I just welded a 1” long piece of tubing on the bottom of my kickstand after I raised the bike. Works good.

For sure make em.
Yup I would snag an extended swing arm.
When you are young it’s “ smell my finger” when you are older it’s “ smell my swing arm “ 😂
Great video. I am in for the swing arm, lift, and exhaust(with the heat shield😂). I'll be doing the 236 also.
This is awesome
beautiful bro
Get it ready for the 180!`
Nice work.
That bike needs a wildcat 240rs 😊
You should run swingarm through full travel of shock without spring to check for any binding
Just waiting for you to do the research and development wondering if it’ll need a tensioner can’t wait Greg . No more suicidal tree roots 😅
The trail master forks work perfectly for these bike if you are looking to raise ride hight.
I'm interested in a swingarm bro. ! subbed, and thanks :D
Now I want to do one more thing to my RSV🤦♂️. And are those shocks different colors or am I seeing things?
Very nice

Wonder if the fuel tank for a CT200 EX would fit on there
nice gear ratio!
Yes, I bought the lift kit for mine, it is on its way. I am interested in the swing arm. Let me know what your plan is. Thanks!
Weld a plate in front of the wheel/tire to secure all 3 pieces together, and fight distortion.

I want to see how this would do with a 459 cc on it.
Man I need that exhaust for mine. Will it fit my megamoto 212 with the 224 on it?
Thanks for sharing the verse of scripture.🙏😁
Hello it's me again inquiring about the exhaust and swingarm again. How can I get one????????
What rear sprocket did you use? Cannot find one 60 teeth?
I have a question where is the best place to buy stage 4 kit?
How much for the swing arm? Aluminum version?
Hey Redd, man I know you're talking about the swing arm. But how can I get one of those exhaust for my megamoto that you have on that bike?
Can you do any small engine with 2 amr 300 and a turbo please?
How can i get one of those swingaems for my b200rsv
Ugh. Now I wish I had gotten the srv.
Sell the exhaust set up man it’s clean

Seems I had this issue and it was a inch bearing with a metric shaft type thing
you need to start selling the swing arms
If you want extra length but not lift then put a 20/40 bend in the slugs 🤔
Does anyone know why I cannot buy this in the state of AR?

Will this swingarm work on the ct200uex
