Hi sir. Can you please help me in unlocking this same kind of door.. from outside. Its locked and no key is working on it.

Thank you so much! Your voice was so calm and assuring that it helped me to stop stressing and to start focusing. I also wanted to let everyone know that once you get the door knob off if you cannot grip the piece that should unlock the door, you should be able to take a flat screwdriver and turn it in the direction the door is in when it's usually unlocked. Then place the doorknob back and turn it as if you are simply opening the door and it should work! Good luck all!
