Fi’s Fight Back - beach day!

- Me, mum and dad finally got our day down at the beach.
It was a truly lovely day, the sun was shining and it was peaceful.
There were some challenges… lunch especially. We had no idea where we were going to go as we wanted to go to a resurrect small enough for no calories. There were a few panics but mum helped me choose off the menu and I even managed sweet potato fries along with my other potatoes!
Just keeping trying to take it a day at a time.

Aaaaw yay, you had your beach day! You look like you very much enjoyed it and were absolutely knackered in the evening but in that way that only a day at the beach can make you.
And all the sitting and the food and wow! I hope you are as proud of yourself for the day and all the hard work that went into having it, as I are! 💚

Start planning more rewards for yourself. Plan smaller weekly rewards and milestone rewards. Getting out of the house is was great distraction and beautiful too.

Hopefully soon you can go with your parents original plan for when you eventually get out of the wheelchair and book a couple of days away at the beach when you're doing better ❤️💪

Why do you sit in a wheel chair?
Because she's still a low weight and is recovering from an eating disorder, at one stage barely able to even stand up. Walking around too much is 1) still very risky ad 2) uses up vital energy which Fi needs to conserve to help her body recover as quickly as possible, with the energy going towards repairing the vital organs firstly, then rebuild the muscles giving Fi strength and energy to spare to walk around freely x
It also helps stop a exercise addiction/urge to over-exercise ❤️

@Cameltoe Junkie I have followed her UA-cam from the beginning which is why I seem to know about her. I don't know her personally but I also suffer with an eating disorders. Fi I think is growing in confidence in her videos but I think generally often does have low self-esteem and certainly is sometimes very depressed. Maybe if you watch some of her earlier videos especially from the end of 2021 you will see what a very dark place she was in and how working on recovery has brought about these positive changes over time xx
