YYAAAAYYYYYY!!!! I woke up and saw the notification and immediately hit play. I am so happy for you (even did a little happy dance) and proud of you for keeping going even when you felt defeated. I hope you and your parents had a lovely couple of days away. You all definitely deserve it!!!

Such a positive step to have learned to ask for help sooner. This is just as significant in recovery as eating and resting and all of the obvious things. It's hard to ask for help as it feels weak, but actually the bravest thing to do!!! and it's proven to be beneficial ❤️🌈 honestly so so proud of you and happy for you!!!! Glad you could celebrate your victory with having the birthday cake brownie and pasta and trying a burger!!! 💪🌈❤️ As you say. Take it slowly as the WORST thing now would be to get over-excited, accidentally do too much and end up going backwards again and that would be so demoralising. So impressed with you challenging the Ed voice, doing opposite actions and showing the Ed that YOU are NOT listening and are in fact going to willfully go that step further to push against the Ed an scrape your plate more or choose a higher calorie snack!! Such a good strategy. THANK YOU for making these videos of the ups and downs of your recovery journey. I really hope you enjoy/enjoyed your break away with your family and away from filming. You deserve it! You got this 💪❤️
I totally agree. It is something that I have always found very challenging. I know that asking and accepting help is so important though for moving forward.
Exactly, I know that now more than ever it is so important to keep calm and consistent (and not get complacent!). I'm so glad that explaining challenging things cognitively helped! So much love

That's so awesome, Fi! You're exactly right about solid progress..I mean in the grand scheme of things it's so much better to take longer with ANYTHING in life and have it lasting and feel good rather than do something too suddenly and then take steps backward.
