Porter Cable PCC640 Trigger Replacement

In this video I replace the Switch (trigger) assembly in the Porter Cable Impact Driver. You will need a soldering tool prefer larger to heavy duty to remove the motor and Battery indicator from the trigger assembly and resolder to new one.

I've put mine through much use and many time in Mexico doing renovation, now with a new switch (trigger) it back in action ready for more service. This proves they last. They are still around but have been shuffled off to tractor supply stores. You can find them there no longer at Lowe’s
